[I] Military Police’s Duty
The First Encounter Assault Recon Military Police always was considered to be a division working within FEAR to guarantee it’s overall events are in check, organized, and works to keep the First Encounter Assault Recon and it’s internal affairs stable and makes sure everything is peaceful. Now, the Military Police will be working with the External Affairs department in an internal operation. The Military Police will be given the task to ensure joint trainings, events, and joint raids with our allies go organized and peacefully. They will be in charge of ensuring these events go on schedule. In any dire situation, they are expected to step up and fix it. Administrative command use is only available in the most NEEDED situations. Now, these are their expectations:
[SUBSECTION 1.1] - The Military Police must have eyes on every joint events will allies all the time. An officer of the Military Police must try to make any events with our allies. - The Military Police must make sure the First Encounter Assault Recon is respectful to their allies in these events. They are asked to take action on anyone disrespecting an ally. Such actions include but are not limited to: Warnings, arresting, and administrative use on the player (at a monitored rate-- abuse will result in an immediate suspension) - The Military Police will need to make sure these events run smoothly. The Military Police will be expected to help out the hosts if it is ABSOLUTELY necessary. - The Military Police are expected to make sure any event held with our allies is official as in there is a host representing the First Encounter Assault Recon, legitimate rules were posted, and it is shouted. _______________________________________________
[II] Honors Division
The Honors Division is a group consisting of some FEAR’s most intelligent and humble leaders. The group together has one of the best leading abilities, and can get almost any task done. The Honors Division will be in charge of any extracurricular tasks involving FEAR and it’s allies. They will also do daily things with our allies. Such tasks include:
[SUBSECTION 1.2] - Having daily allied patrols to ensure our allies we will be there for them in almost any scenario, and make sure if an ally gets attacked that the Honors Division may be there patrolling already, and be able to contact the Military Police and Replica Forces. - Completing any building/scriptings tasks that will involve our allies and FEAR. Such things would include a diplomatic meeting office, among other classified projects. - The Honors Division is expected to try and improve our bond with our allies. They are to be friendly to any allies, show them around FEAR, answer any of their questions, and overall show our allies what a good model is. - Honors Division is asked to try to help our allies out on the field, providing any commands and tactics for them. ____________________________________________
[III] Replica Forces
Replica Forces is the First Encounter Assault Recon’s elite division. The best around in F.E.A.R. when it comes to combat are located within this group. The Replica Forces has been a combat division serving the purpose of being the First Encounter Assault Recon’s elites for a long time. They work to accomplish raids, scrimmages, and hold F.E.A.R. overall on the battlefield. They will be given missions including:
[SUBSECTION 1.3] - Working together with our allies and/or their elites to accomplish a certain raid out there. This may be primarily used in a war with these allies to provide us more numbers of raid wins. - Replica Forces will be able to give commands on the battlefield when we are working with allies. - Replica Forces will be asked to give tips and share their strategies and knowledge with our allies and main division as well. - Replica Forces is to ensure the safety of alianor two in a war working with our allies. They are asked to help any defenses needed. ____________________________________________
[IV] First Encounter Assault Recon: Covert Operations
F.E.A.R. Covert Operations was a division dedicated to doing it’s own work when it came to dire situations. The people in the covert division have the capabilities to infiltrate any group, and be able to turn that group’s future around. What goes on in this group stays in the group. It is a secret organization working to ensure the good of the First Encounter Assault Recon. but now they will now get their very own classified operations from the External Affairs intercommunications council to work on.
[SUBSECTION 1.4]
- FEAR Covert Operations will now focus on classified operations assigned to them by the External Affairs intercommunications council, during wartime, or peacetime. Operations are classified, and must be handled stealthily. - FEAR Covert Operations are to try to accomplish these operations assigned to them. - FEAR Covert Operations are to focus on eliminating all threats presented to FEAR. They are a unit that must work together to ensure the safety of the main division and make sure our external affairs won’t get any sudden surprises. ____________________________________________
[V] Salvus Guard
The Salvus Guard is one of FEAR’s defensive divisions. They work on the overall safety of any First Encounter Assault Recon high rank on the battlefield. They have key communication, and are always ready. That is why I have assigned them the overall task of the Protection Program. They are assigned this:
[SUBSECTION 1.5] - Salvus Guard are in charge of making sure our allies’ bases are in check and secured 24/7. - Salvus Guard is expected to keep open tabs on these bases and be the first responders to an enemy attack on our allies. - When/if an ally is attacked, Salvus Guard are expected to immediately enter and focus on those servers. They are expected to communicate to any high ranks to shout an AID immediately or alert the main division via wall. - Salvus Guard are expected to always keep in touch with each other in a defense. They are asked to give out server statuses for each and every one of their servers. - To go even farther, Seifo22 (Guard Commander) will be assigning squads among SG that will split up and focus a separate server each given to them by Seifo. These squads will work together to help ensure the safety of the allies’ base. _____________________________________________
[VI] First Encounter Assault Recon: Intelligence Division
The First Encounter Assault Recon’s Intelligence Division (FiD) has had a tough past with it’s leadership and system. With it under the newest leadership of SonicSimon and DevinZeth, this rising division will be given a task. They will work with the First Encounter Assault Recon’s Covert Operations to formulate a database on every superclan and powerclan in the clan world, using intelligence gained by both their agents, and Covert Operation Associates.
[SUBSECTION 1.6]
The First Encounter Assault Recon Intelligence Division is expected to manage a database (google document, in-game, whichever preferred) on all superclans and powerclans in the clan world-- as well as any additional clans asked of by the External Affairs intercommunications council. They will also log all of the Covert Operation’s operations, with a transcript of what occurred. This database will be checked on periodically by the intercommunications Council, when gathering information for war discussions.
Additionally, the Intelligence Division and the Covert Operations will meet weekly together with the Head of Diplomats of the Internal Affairs (Duckdude1123/Mallard), to discuss the weeks events, as well as recently discovered intelligence, and internal goings in the Clan World. Duckdude1123/Mallard will then formulate a report, which will be sent to the Director of Internal Affairs (only if it involves First Encounter Assault Recon Internal Affairs) and the External Affairs Intercommunications council.

Amazing work Sick, that is very impressive. I believe the next step for you would be talking to the leaders of each of these divisions (if you have not already) to make sure they know their duties and how it relates to external affairs.

The Salvus Guard section will be implemented ASAP. With only 5 guards and 4 going through training I'm a little understaffed but I'll set up the Salvus Guard Defence Protocol soon.

This is great and all, but shouldn't divisional ties be Internal Affairs? I suggest you propose this over to MidnightSelection or TheDarkUprising. Just a thought, think about it.

Dis, it's a little borderline in my opinion. Divisions are internal, but Sick is talking about the external duties of them. Haha, I hate when things aren't black and white like that, but I think either way he did a nice job. Maybe in the main guide there can be a divisional guide with this information in it as well.

Salvus Guard has 5 Official Guards. I think they'll start recruiting.
Also, Salvus Guard's priority is to protect High Ranks 24/7, sometimes allied bases and High Ranks but just when told to do so. (I've protected allied High Ranks thrice in my career.), How will they be able to protect allied bases 24/7? I think we should set some priority parameters.
Anyway, I support most of your work.
