Chapter I The Nation of Wales
1. Wales is a Constitutional Monarchy. 2. No foreign Military Installations will be allowed on Welsh territory. 3. The Nation of Wales is a religion of Christianity. 4. The flag of Wales consists of a red dragon passant on a green and white field.
Chapter II Basic Laws
Section One Misdemeanors
All petty theft, public intoxication, simple assault, disorderly conduct, trespass, vandalism, and reckless driving are considered misdemeanors. They will be punished by Community Service or one to two days in prison.
Section Two Felony
Felonies include but are not limited to the following:
Murder Aggravated assault and/or battery Manslaughter Vehicular homicide Arson Burglary Tax evasion Various forms of fraud Grand larceny or grand theft, i.e., larceny or theft above a certain statutorily established value or quantity of goods Vandalism on federal property. Treason Kidnapping Obstruction of justice Perjury Violating parole, probation, or recognizance bond Threatening an official (police officer, judge)
These will be punished with one or more week's of imprisonment.
Section III Federal Crimes
Kidnapping, Mass Murder, Airplane Hijacking, bank robbery, assassinating the First Minister or Dep. Minister or any other high officials, etc. is considered a Federal Offence. These will be punished with one or more months in Federal Prison and a four month parole.
Chapter Three Members of Parliament
Section One Becoming a member of Parliament
To become a member of the Parliament, you will run in an election. We hold elections ever so often. Once you run, you will be confirmed by the Speaker of Parliament. Citizens will vote. If you receive a certain amount of votes (will be determined by population), you are sworn in to Parliament.
Section Two Role of Parliament
The Welsh Parliament is the equivalent to the Parliament in Scotland or UK. You will go to monthly gatherings and pass laws and bills, confirmed by majority vote.
Section Three Speaker of the Parliament
The Speaker of the Parliament is the equivalent of the "Speaker of the House". The way that the Speaker is chosen is the First Minister observes the members of Parliament. After a short period, he see's who is best fit.
Chapter IV Government Officials
Section One First Minister & Dep. Minister
The First Minister and Dep. Minister are the Head and Deputy Head of State. They approve all Federal Laws, and Speaker’s of the Parliament.
Section Two First Minister
The First Minister is the head of all the Government Ministers (ex: Minister of Defense, Minister of Foreign Affairs). The First Minister is the person who appoints minister’s.
Section Three Acting First Minister
If the First Minister is sick, away, or unable to do his job, the Dep. Minister in First Minister till the official First Minister is capable of jobs again.
