Like, If I plugged my ears to where I cant hear my voice or turned the volume on my beats way up, I talked and recorded my voice it sounded normal, Maybe just a little loud on some parts, So why do deaf people sound so stupid like autistic whales when they speak |

Because they don't know how to pronounce the words, seeing as they've never heard it.

Maybe because they haven't heard proper speech their whole life? Maybe because they were not provided with proper pronunciation like you were? Maybe because it's not an option for them to hear or not?
