So a car company made a car that runs on water.
It removes the Oxygen from the water and uses the explosive Hydrogen as a fuel.
HUMAN GILLS FOR SWIMMING.
Just switch it around to take away Hydrogen from the water and leave the oxygen.
Why has no one done this if we have the tech? |

| I...I don't get it. What are you saying we should do? Take away all the hydrogen from water and leave oxygen? What does this have to do with gills? |

| We have the tech. People have made it. But they're far more expensive than an oxygen tank and only have about a one-hour battery life. |

Now if you were to attach said apparatus to a device that could convert that hydrogen into power for said device.
Bingo

@mage
like a mask
strap it on your face
filters hydrogen out of water leaving breathable oxygen.
Expels the hydrogen
but the battery life is bad and they're really expensive.
Now if you were to strap a device to someones back that can convert hydrogen to power and attach it to the mask
boom
Now I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds |

@mage
Yea but they're huge
heavy
require refilling
With this you wouldn't need a refill
might be heavy still
or not
just depends.

Didn't you claim their "battery life was poor?" That sounds just as bad. |

| Mage, Soar solved that. Strap something that filters oxygen out and keeps hydrogen on your back, and use the hydrogen for power to fuel the battery. |

I did. But I sort of zoned out. I lost interest in this conversation. My apologies if you made some groundbreaking innovation that'll change humankind as we know it. |
