well you might have grown, and the fat seems to have been used or so
or
your large bone mass is probably just taking over compared to your fat
these are not accurate because i don't exactly know what you are doing in life, because if you're eating less calories than you should, the fat gets used.
but i think the 1st one is the best answer i can grab |

Magical, I think a little bit of both goes together.
I've been eating a lot less calories, though, I've oddly ate more than I generally do. What I do in life is the sport people think is disgusting/over-physical. And probably that I'm growing since I've been 5'8" for four years. :P

okay, so obviously you're growing (like me)
as a growing person you NEED to eat up to your calorie limit so your body can grow properly, or else you will lose muscle and fat trying to fill your body up-your body will pretty much digest that.
you can always burn off calories, because thats in fact better then eating your calorie limit and laying off. also, i recommend doing the 7 min. workout-since it can increase your height growth hormone (HGH) |
