(I was gonna waste until a friend gave me feedback, but I'm impatient and he hasn't seemed to respond. And so, I'll just post it anyways! Classes can be found in a separate post below!)

“You must pay the price if you wish to secure the blessing,” (Andrew Jackson)

When we, the Neo-England Democracy, first encountered the planet Reivalt in the 22nd century, we had one question: What had we found? The planet was something out of a fiction book; A world that belonged to the stories of medieval fantasy. Humans had somehow existed on it, and so had elves and orcs and all sorts of strange beasts only found in folklore and books. We were curious about Reivalt, and had started Project R, what was originally a surveillance operation. Sending probes to orbit Reivalt, we found an oddity amongst nature, a paradox that is correct by no logic. We observed magic.

Discussion with our extra-terrestrial allies had opened and opened concerning reaction to this force. The Xryons wanted us to ignore the planet, the Nuvances wanted us to study the magic, the Junicks wanted to reap the materials off of Reivalt, and we wanted to ascend it’s denizens to a space age civilization and harness magic and blend it in with our own technology, bringing a golden age of space. Since two of the four members would find it more convenient if it went our way, we decided to label the humans on Reivalt Reivans, and called the other species on the planet based on our fairy tales, and raised them all into our space age civilization.

After we got past a small issue concerning currency, we eventually found our choice to be immensely valuable. With magic fueling our machines, we had saved up on the money we had budgeted away to energy production companies, the workers now working to show the denizens of Reivalt our energy, and helping to determine how we blend it with magic. It had enhanced military weaponry used against pirates, helped put up firewalls from hackers, and even our daily lives. We had turned Project R into a full on integration plan of a kind of species and technology.

Of course, there was resistance to our efforts. Sometimes there would a Reivan revolt or Neo-English men disagreeing with allowing Reivans and elves and what not into our society. Sometimes it was Xryons that had been unhappy with how we dealt the matter with Reivalt.

Bounties were offered to bring down certain people. Some people began to live off these bounties, making a fortune. We called these bounty hunters “Spades”, as they were, in and of themselves, wildcards, sometimes taking one of our bounties, and sometimes not.

You are a spade, and you have encountered one of our bounties. It’s a job that has strange written all over it. A rogue pirate vessel by the name of the Utopia has been seen on the outer fringes of Junick space. It’s emitting some kind of weird energy signal, the radars indicating of a sort that may be related to magic.

You poor little bounty hunters; Why do you take jobs like this one?

Ya’ll know my standing with rules now, ya hear? I ain’t gonna list all those fancy schmancy rules you should already know, if not through other RPs then through common sense!

I will warn you, however, I have developed a near 0 tolerance policy towards stupid decisions. Doing anything that would’ve killed you, will kill you, forcing you to restart from a post of my choosing.

<| Playable | Races |>
There are a total of 8 playable races in this ISRP, although there are more beyond these 8. Each race receives a certain benefit that while it may make things convenient for you at one point or another, doesn’t radically change things.

Neo-English - When The UK themselves became a superpower, they soon obtained the entire world, through purchase and peace. Well, mostly. Some areas are still not a first world country, mainly Africa and the Middle East, and they have resisted purchase or diplomacy from the Neo-English. China has also tried to receive purchase, but they are in too much debt, and their offers have been turned down out of fear of the economic harm that it can cause the Neo-England Democracy. The Neo-English are masters of guns, granting them +1 in gunmanship.

Reivan - The humans of Reivalt, they didn’t have much respect before their ascension. However, afterwards, they soon discovered the power held in society by the New English, and became respected in the space age society, much to the grudges of the other races of Reivalt. As Reivans fit in so well with this time, they became masters of blending magic with tech, gaining a stack of the Magi-Tech ability.

Xryon - Xryons are ugly little things. With squishy, slimy skin, Xyrons are hunched over, a wide mouth stretching from the front of the face to the base of the neck. Like a bat, the center of their face has massive nostrils large enough to fit a human hand, and around that nose they have catfish whiskers. They.come from, respectively, the planet Xryo, capital of the, respectively named, Xryonian Dominion. The Xryons are a unique phenomenon in that their species had not gone onto the land until a thousand years near the end of remaining a planetside civilization. Aquatic beings, Xryons have unique lungs that allow for the breathing of air, fresh water, and even salt water, these lungs being so efficient that they even filter out pollution. As a matter of fact, their whole body is immune to toxins and radiation, making them master survivalists, giving a plus one to their Survival ability.

Elf - Elves look like humans, but they have really pointy ears. Elves were perhaps the most primitive in their technology, so says the probes from the early stages of Project R. Existing in tree houses, elves were looked at to be wise before Reivalt’s ascension, and were the protectors of nature. Due to their duties, Elves are capable of using the magic used to protect nature to talk to nature, gaining themselves the unique Omni-Language ability, making them capable of speaking and understanding any language and animal.

Junick - Junicks are odd creatures. Their skin literally glows blue, and a pair of strange tentacles grow out of the back of their head that had once acted as feelers to warn the Junick of a rear attack. However, those had grown shorter and shorter as the Junicks evolved to scavenging materials, making them ineffective. They are notorious for finding ships to deconstruct, and for being just as skilled in building them. Because of this, they gain the Recognize Ship ability, which provides instant and effective knowledge of space ships.

Orc - Orcs are larger and stronger than most humans, and were renowned warriors and mercenaries back on Reivalt. Their tusks have often been sharpened into a multitude of shapes ceremoniously, and one had better be careful before spilling out the offensive term “Green-skin”. For their strength, orcs have +1 melee.

Nuvance - Nuvances are perhaps the most inquisitive creatures. They tend to only study, and are quite effective at it. Nuvances are called armadillo men, because their scaly skin tends to grow natural plates, and horns the grow into a protective, exoskeleton like helm. Due to their constantly working with lab equipment, their mind has adapted to better usage of technology, providing +1 tech.

Golem - Golems are, first of all, not natural. They are believed to be constructs built by the extinct dwarves, and are rather reclusive beings, living in the most magically advanced cities found on Reivalt. No matter their attitude or origins, Golems have busied themselves, forming unions and groups concerning limiting the amount of magic that space age civilizations should have. Due to the magic inside them, the magic they use becomes more potent, providing +1 magic.

To change the dice roll up a bit, I’ve made stats, which will affect combat, and abilities, which will affect things out of a fight.

Stats work simply. Any points in these will increase the damage of certain weapons and/or abilities by 1 per point. This rule is different for the Endurance stat, which increases health by 10 per point. You gain a total of 2 per level. You start out with five.

Gunmanship : This increases damage with guns, and gun based maneuvers.
Melee : This increases damage with fists, melee weapons, and CQC maneuvers.
Magic : This increases damage with magic based maneuvers.
Tech : This increases damage with tech based maneuvers.
Endurance : This increases health.

Abilities also work simply. There are five ranks, Simple, Easy, Average, Difficult, and Professional. Each ability can have five points spent into it, each point allowing you to pass a challenge of a certain level, 1 being Simple, 2 being Easy, 3 being Average, and so forth. You gain one ability point every 3 levels. You start out with two.

Hacking : Hacking allows for one to pass barriers of a tech based kind, including combat barriers. It can be useful in computer rooms, where one can steal all sorts of information and plant all sorts of viruses.
Silver-tongue : Silver-tongue allows for one to persuade another. It’s also a valuable asset in bartering.
Magi-Tech : Magi-Tech allows for one to recognize the usage of magic in space-age technology. A person who is savvy in this matter can recharge magic energy in a piece of technology, or drain and destroy the energy.
Survival : Survival allows one to survive easier in the wilderness of planetside operations. Having a high score can allow you to examine plants and animals, and know from certain signs which plants are likely safe to eat, and which animal is likely to be an aggressive predator.
Gravity : Gravity allows for one to move easier in zero grav environments, higher scores allowing for quicker and more complex mobility strategies.

As I’m not gonna cover the combat system beyond stats, I’m gonna give you your classes and then comes (Finally) the C.S.. Classes have unique abilities (Or as they are called, maneuvers) (You can use themand boost your stats. With a base health of 150 each, no class is behind on health, with the exception of the Berserker class, with an endurance of -3, or in other terms, 120 health. There is one more thing you should know: There are two classes in which you must either be a space-age (Neo-English, Junick, Nuvance, or Xryon) or a Reivalt (Reivan, Elf, Orc, or Golem) race to play, and one that has different abilities based off of whether you are Reivalt or space-age race. Just select a class you think looks nice for your character, and I’ll send the Maneuvers (And a class bio cause why not?) to you in a PM. If you wanna see those abilities before you choose a class, send me a PM asking for them!

Mercenary - The mercenary was a fighting style developed by a spade of anonymous name some time ago, but he had taught others, and the Neo-English military is looking to recruit people who can train their soldiers in it. Mixing in Reivalt melee fighting styles with pistols, the mercenary is effective in short to mid range, and with heavy armor, mocks the weak as their armor bounces the bullets right off. Capable of using pistols and one-handed melee weapons.

Berserker - The berserker was founded by an orc of the name of Fa’Fevengar, who taught other orcs who taught more, even though Fa’Fevengar currently leads an orcish resistance, hence why he developed the style, against the space-age civilizations back on planet Reivalt. A berserker leaves himself wide open to attacks, but the strength and fury of his two-handed weapon makes up for it. Capable of using two-handed weapons.

Gun Master - The gun master has been here even before the space-age. They are best gunslingers around, capable of going “bang, you’re dead!” at every enemy that crosses them. Capable of using any guns.

Soldier - I don’t need to tell you about the soldier’s origins, the military uses them. A soldier, like a gun master, are masters of a firearm, but they also have a slight emphasis on defense. Capable of using two-handed firearms, bayonets, and knives.

Mage - The mage has interesting origins. While it is true that there were always those adept in battle-magic, the mage hadn’t existed until Nuvance scientists developed the Magus, and gave it to a few test subjects. The Magus is an interesting glove that contains a strength boost, magic boost, and a screen that allows the mage to channel their skills into a powerful, magical punch in the face with the press of a button. It has grown to be released in commercial stores, and several models have came out. Capable of using the Magus 1.0, Magus 1.1, Magus 1.2, and Magus 1.5. Reivalt race only!

Tech-Lord - The tech-lord was a style developed by the Junicks to defend their scavenging missions from pirates. It utilizes tech based maneuvers, sending plasma bolts, electrical shocks and such as they hide behind a combat barrier. What’s truly significant is their usage of three spherical droids called Tri-Droids which follow the command of the tech-lord, blasting enemies behind cover. Capable of using pistols and the Tri-Droid interface. Space-age race only!

Apprentice - There are the Tech-Lord who are tech savvy. There are the Mages who are magic savvy. And then, there’s the apprentice. These are the space-age races who wish to master magic, or the Reivalt races who wish to master technology. In the process, they wound up mixing tech and magic based combat together. This class is unique in that it’s abilities are different depending on if you’re a space-age or Reivalt race. Capable of using pistols.

I would love more than anything for it to be an RP, but certain parts of the story and the face that whenever I have tried to make an RP... well, it was a disaster. I'm not good at running in groups in preference to one person.

Bio: (I wanted to give this guy a highly detailed and interesting backstory - then I hit a writer's block and I'm too tired to work around it)
Inventory: Nothing - at least, nothing I'd want to give my character for any roleplaying purposes.
Weapons:
-The Reaper's Lighter: A revolver-type gun. With the traditional 6 chamber'd cylinders and all, its got a slim design and an even longer barrel. This one is equipped with a holo-sight mod, and it's owner fondly refers to it as "Ada".
(Side note: If lazer-based weaponry are a thing in this RP, I'd like this one to be a lazer-based weapon)

-Harvey's Bolt-Action "Elephant Hunter": Designed as a (as the name implied) bolt-action hunting rifle. Originally intended for hunting wildlife in the wilderness, but it's warrant had already expired some time ago. Equipped with a telescopic scope, its now being used to hunt space-pirates, wanted criminals and people with huge cash symbols above their heads.

Bio: Serena's family were neither poor nor rich, and sat nicely between that borderline. However, the location where they lived was quite rough and as a result of that her father taught her to use a gun from an early age and even showed her how to use his antique crossbow that was passed down from his relatives.

When she was 13, Serena was confronted and raiped by a sadistic mugger after walking back home at night. This scarred her deeply and her personality changed drastically, turning her into a very cynical and hardened girl. She decided that the only way to survive was to not rely on anyone... Not even her parents. Thus, she ran away from home to learn how to look after herself.

Serena was 17 when she first decided to become a bounty hunter, which was aided by her survivalist instincts and skills. So she would be taken seriously, Serena cut her hair short and wore a thick jacket and male clothes to hide her female parts, suspecting that if people believed she was a man then she would get more business. This lasted for 3 years, until she realised that there was no point hiding who she was: a tough, hardened woman who's good looks may be able to help her survive just as well as her combat ability. This conclusion was proved right, as many men seemed to be less reluctant to tell an attractive and innocent looking woman details on bounties.

She is currently still a bounty hunter.
Inventory: A pack of c1garettes, a lighter, a map, a futuristic PDA for tracking and hunting and various other objects.
Weapons: A light but extremely deadly crossbow, which contains a mechanism which allows for fast and multiple firing and reloading. Serena calls her crossbow Trigga and has etched the name firmly into the shaft of the handle. The bolts she uses are very sharp and tough, making them as effective as bullets from a gun.

Serena also carries a sharp bowie knife with a tight leather handle for melee encounters and a handgun which looks similar to the Five-Seven of the 21st century, but with modifications to the grip and nozzle. However, she rarely uses her gun because she is more astutely trained with her crossbow.

Race: Neo-English.

Class: Soldier.

Bio: Bernard was a soldier for the early part of his life, but quickly lost interest in the idea of being commanded around by others. He stayed in the military, doing nothing truly note-able during his service. Once he was out, he began exploring other possibilities that both paid, and were interesting. Of course, he found the perfect thing for that. Becoming a bounty hunter.

Inventory: Bernard carries a military pamphlet, one talking about all the places you could see in the military, the benefits of it, and all that other crap. It was well worn, both from being sat on, and being thumbed through on numerous occasions. He also still has his dog tags, and normally wears those. (Unless dog tags become unpopular, or were discontinued.)

Weapons: Bernard seems to have a preference for guns that are one and done, leaning towards the use of a Sniper Rifle. He also carries a pistol, in case of close range circumstances, or a sniper is impractical. The only other weapon he carries is a standard issue combat knife, something he 'borrowed' from the military after his service ended.

Eh, accepted, for the most part, except you don't get a pistol as that is what I classify as a 1-handed firearm, and soldiers can only use 2-handed, such as shotguns or assualt rifles. Also, Soldiers don't get any tech abilities, so if you want to keep it that way, feel free, but I'd recommend changing your weapons and the stats you've spent points into.
