Okay, if the bucket was 20$ and they sold 59,814.
If you do 20 x 59814 you get 1196280 robux.
Now i'm no expert but how does 1,196,280 robux convert to 6k and how do you covert robux into USD?
If anybody can we can figure out if they we actually contributed to 6k or not, or we made more than 6k and they decided to profit the rest. |

| 59,814 @ 10 cents per sale = roughly $6000 |

I'm curious... Do they still take these events seriously? Is someone promoting them or are they doing it just to get the community to believe them?
Bleh, I can't ROBLOX today. |

The bucket it self is worth 10 cents in US currency. So Roblox pretty much broke even on it. But remember who bought the item, it was the users. Not roblox them self. So it was pretty much all of our 10 cent donations combined, Roblox it self didn't "contribute" |

Here is how it worked:
N = Amount donated per bucket
Technically, N was a certain amount, everytime someone bought the bucket, you'd multiply N by the number bought to equal how much was donated. 6k was donated, so there you go. |

You don't calculate how much Roblox makes using DevEx, you calculate it using the "Buy Robux" page.
100 robux is 1$ approximately so 1196280 divided by 100 = 11962.8 so Roblox pretty much profited on half of the profit from the sales.

It's pretty obvious "Buy Robux" is a total ripoff but it's closer to the money Roblox got from the sale than using the DevEx scale.
Besides, I think using the "Buy Robux" page is a pretty common use by kids these days that waste money on Roblox.

I am quite honored that you considered my first post in this thread as advice but I considered my first post here as a correction to the people who used the DevEx exchange scale.
I never said a contradiction in my two posts, please read before posting. |
