| So, any time I go to play any game, it tells me it's Failed to Connect. It's been doing this all day, I've reset my laptop and internet because that's apparently what works, and it's still acting up. Help? |

I wouldn't go as far as resetting anything.
When you can't connect, explain exactly what happens, because whether it's ID=15 or ID=17, it makes a big difference in what exactly to look for in these forums or what steps to take to resolve your problem!

If it's ID=15, reboot your router.
If it's ID=17, flush your DNS resolver cache like so:
>start >type 'cmd' >type 'ipconfig/flushdns'
If you have ccCleaner or a regclean program, attempt to delete as many recent browsing cookies as possible and try and clean your registry.
BEFORE YOU RESET ANYTHING; TRY AND PLAY GAMES ON ANOTHER COMPUTER/A PHONE/TABLET, ANY OTHER PLATFORM, AS LONG AS IT ISN'T YOURS OR HAS YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS SAVED ONTO IT!

Well ID=15 is usually an ISP problem, so, blame BT or SKY :D
Generally, ID=17 tends to be a router/firewall problem, can vary though, yeah; so, follow those steps through - good luck - update me sistah!

I have just compiled this Plan B list, don't thank me yet, THESE ARE BASIC STEPS!:
1. Restarting ROBLOX. 2. Changing your account. 3. Going on an empty place. 4. Following someone. 5. Trying a different account. 6. Playing as a Guest. 7. Playing an admin's game. 8. Reinstalling ROBLOX. 9. Changing computer. 10. Using IE or Chrome instead of the ROBLOX browser. 11. Shutting down the computer. 12. Changing your appearance. 13. Turning your router off and on.

That's strange, here's an idea, try and watch a YouTube video or visit another site and notify me on how quick it loads or if it loads at all, also, try and play a flash game on another website like MiniClip or Kongregate and let me know how that works out.
Furthermore, try closing all processes that are unused/unnecessary when trying to join a game, e.g. Napster or similar programs, apps/processes that take up a lot of space and also, last tip, try and lower your firewall security settings and browser security settings momentarily and try and play ROBLOX games. |

| Nothing loads still. Youtube and other sites load at the normal pace, which is a little slow. No other apps are currenty running yet here I am still broken xD |
