Your GPU. the 3770k, mobo, Ram, HDD, and Power suply are all perfectly fine. Go GPU. Perhaps a GPU from Nvidias upcoming 900 series |

Your graphics card is ok for 1080p at medium... but lets face the facts here for 1200 your butt could have many things such as but not limited to. two new 980s and a psu two new 290xs and a psu or more reasonably a 980, two nice new monitors, a new case, and a liquid cooler
I say 980 because those are releasing very soon

and if you're willing to wait and have a lot of money to spend, then go for the 980's, para
but if you're not going to wait or have a tight budget, i'd get the 270x, or 270 (and overclock it) and both of them as the best performance per dollar, anything above $400, you start to loose your performance per dollar.

lol Critek is in danger of going out of buisness, lolololo.
But if you want to play graphically intesisive games, on max settings, and want GPUs now, then get 780Ti or 780) Or if you want it from the Red Team: R9 290X OR two of AMD's R9 290
If you want to play games on Medium/High mixture settings on ones natively graphically games at 4K, R9 270X (4GB VRAM version), or 280X, GTX 770.
Although I have two R9 270X (4GB version) on a 2K monitor and can run most games at maximum settings. (Some need a mixture of maximum[ultra]/high settings)
But yea.
If you want to "future proof" yourself, although I dislike using that word in this context, just get two 780's or 780Ti's.
I'm assuming since your going to be dropping money on a 4K monitor, you'll have the money for those two GPUs. |

@Dans A 270x, 280x, or 770 all are incapable of 4k. The 280x and 770 would be capable of low at best.
For med-high at 4k, two 780s or 290s are a must. |
