You'll need to provide more info than what you have now, since that script could work under the right circumstances.
The best thing you could do is to provide the output. This would let me know if "Value" exists, and if it has a property named "Value" as well, and if it's a string.
Also don't use "X" as a variable. It's a bad practice, since it doesn't indicate at all what it represents. It would be a bigger deal if you were doing it in a 200 lined program/script that you hadn't looked at for a while, because then you would have to try to find out what X is. |

end
There are four buttons, clicking one gives StringValue a different Value. Here is a part of the script.
so it's like
onclick(blach blah)
script.Parent.Parent.Parent.sub.s.StringValue.Value = "pox"
funtion clicked blah |
