So if you play as a straight FemShep, your options are: a fop with no personality, a cheating jackass, a lizard man with a terminal disease, or a rock-skinned space-bird with deadly food allergies. [Sorry Garrus]
Alternatively, you can have a one night stand with a four-eyed, 50,000 year old elitist asshat(who costs an extra £10), or your steroid-addled subordinate whom you have to coerce into sleeping with you.
Garrus is an awesome romance partner.. but seriously, he's the only one, and something feels missing in the relationship. |

You just described all her straight rommance options perfectly.
HMMMMMMMMMM.
And are you talking about ME2 or ME3? As ME2 Femshep/Garrus they both started off intending it to be a one night stand thing in ME3 it kind of...developed into moaaaar? |

You can have a one night stand with Javok? Who knew!
And male-shep isn't as fare-off as you would think.
ME1 Ashly, the christian jingoistic broad-sword who hates all aliens. Liara: What you said.
ME2 Ashly: The same thing, except she hates you now!
Liara: What you said.
Tali: A suit-clad isolationist quirky tech-nerd who you doesn't even show her face.
Miranda: Yeah, because you want to date a cerberus "btch," who has no likability in her devious tight suit, besides the fact they she may be "Hawt" (I don't see it)
Jack: Physio killer with a surprisingly sad back-story. But sadly, she's still pretty "Unlikable" in the second game.
ME3 Ashly: Same as second game, cept now she is a spectre for god knows what.
Jack: Tattooed and extremely likable in this game.
Tali: Her face made us want Bioware to kill itself. Now that its bad, bu-but we deserved better!
Liara: I dislike Liara in this game, even though I was frickin strait for her and only her all three games, we don't even get lovey dubbie talk! God dammit, all I wanted was something similar to a married couple, but nope, we get "Let's build it again!"
Miranda: You... Kept with her? What's wrong with you!? |

More like Mass Effect 2 happen. Mass Effect 2 made great characters, but also killed all the non-returning squadmates to the game, including Liara to me. |

I kind of liked her as sqaadmate, not as a rommance option, as i never picked her. What got to me was when she was shut up in her qauters after Thessia. The Asari had it light. The batarians and humans had no warning, and the the turians had their citys obliteared from orbit. The Asari had plenty of warning, and Liara was throwing a hissyfit about the fact that Thessia was being invaded. |

| Exactly. Garrus says that his home is "that blaze of orange" [aka, the destroyed part] on Palaven, yet he doesn't throw a tantrum like Liara. |

Reason I like Garrus alot. I mean, he's pretty much controlling who lives, and who dies. And he's taking it like a trooper. |
