To all Arctic Special Forces Members:
Admin Abuse is a term loosely used, and virtually any punishment can be seen as AA with a certain perspective. So here's the perspective that will determine if it is Admin Abuse or not.
-Character Modification-
Character Modification is anything that changes the way a character looks (Hatting, Char-ing, Swagifying, Caping, etc) During the Training or other events, do not use these, as using Admin to do this is something that can distract Trainees, anger them, and turn away Possible Joiners. After Training, if you still want to stick around, feel free to use these, but still be mindful of others, as not everyone wants to wear a Swag Cape. Be respectful of what others want, and also be respectful of if you should be using your admin at the time for such nonsense. In Short, Do not do any Character Modifications during training.
-Skill Modification-
Skill modifications are anything that could give a player an advantage, disadvantage, or distracting attribute. (Gearing, Speeding, Healthing, Godding, NoGravving, etc) These must sometimes be used, during special events in training such as Juggernaut, or other minigames, but should be avoided during other times. That means no Bonuses during Battles, Games, or even just sitting around. If you give yourself an advantage just to make yourself better, that's AA. If you speed someone to 1 just because it looks funny to see them struggle across the room, it's AA. Tripping Players is AA. Trainers may fly themselves to see the progress of the Trainees in Sims. If you want to use Skill Modifications after training, go ahead, but be fair in the administration of power, since giving everyone but one person an advantage would make them feel left out. In Short, Do not use Skill Modifications Unless absolutely need during the Training. If you are not the Host, do not use admin at all.
-Punishment- Punishment is anything that is used to make a player stop doing something (respawning, jailing, flinging, etc) Punishment is where AA is usually called on. The bottom line of punishing is that You must be efficient, but fair. If a player will not obey a command (Getting in line, Staying Still, Talking too much), the player may be respawned/killed. The catch is that you must first warn people that you will punish them if they do not obey. If a player needs to be further punished, Jail them or close them in the spawns, talk to them and let them know what they are doing wrong. Release them once they say they will do better. Flinging is a command that can be used to punish someone, but only in the following conditions: a. They cheat on an Obby b. They are walking all over the arena while it is being used c. They are on the stand when not authorized d. You are the Commandant Be fair with your punishments, but don't be a pushover. The host is the one who should be punishing, not just an authority figure attending. If the Host is not doing a proper job of Disciplining, offer to be Co-host/ Enforcer. In short, Punish those who need to be punished, and do so Fairly.
-Place Modification- Place Modification is anything that changes the Game to a state it usually wouldn't be. (Btools, placing, inserting) It doesn't matter if you're building an Obby or anything, don't use Btools, there are too many things that go could go wrong. Only the Host or Commandant may place the Trainees to a game, and that's only if it's a group related place (Don't take everyone to your game for the Tickets(Unless of course you're the Commandant...) Never do these unless you must, as they disrupt Training. After training, however, it is permissible.
-Extreme Punishment- Extreme Punishment is a command to end someone's misbehavior. This is a real issue when it come to AA. (Kicking, Banning, Crashing, Any form of Ejection) There comes a time when you absolutely need to kick someone (Extreme Spam, Hacking, Outstanding Misbehavior, Trollers) And a PTS Training is NOT a reason to kick someone. If someone talks during your PTS Training, deal with it. Tell them that they need to stop talking, but do not kick them just because they won't be quiet. Don't kick someone because you have had enough of their Presence (Unless you are the Commandant)and don't kick because the training is over. People can be at the Training Base any time they want to, And you can't do anything about it. There are times you may kick people, such as if they are flaming or being incredibly disrespectful to any member. As for guests, if you have asked them politely to join ASF or leave and they do not leave, you have permission to kick them as many times as you need. If you need to have a private conversation with someone, Party chat them, or go somewhere else. Kick who you need to, and who you need to only. Extreme Punishment goes to those who deserve it and those who deserve it only. If you kick someone unfairly, it is AA. In short, Extreme Punishment should not be used unless absolutely needed, Before, during, or After Training.

-Demotion- Demotion is Modifying someone's rank for the worse. If you are a high rank and you threaten somebody's rank because they won't do something you want them to, it is Blackmail, which is not allowed. If your Rank is Threatened by a higher Rank, PM the Commandant (If it was the Commandant, beg for mercy). The only reason you should ever demote somebody is if the Commandant approves of it first. Express all concerns to the Commandant, and never abuse your authority to get what you want.
If you think Someone is Admin Abusing, Authority Abusing, or Abusing of any kind, talk to the Commandant.
All I want is for everyone to be nice to each other, as mistreating someone just causes Trouble. Think before you act and don't be a Jerk.
Sincerely, Sandra121, Commandant.
