Welcome to the Red Army newsletter! Basically, we're still addressing the same issues and working on solving those before we move on. I've also cut down on a couple things, and will also begin cutting down on the current HR number.

1: Activity ] - Group activity has increased further from an average of 5 to an average of about 7-9. This is great, and I expect it to continue growing as we move forward.
2: HiCom ] - We now have a few trial HRs who will help me host group events and whatnot. There are only a few open positions left, so if you believe you qualify, please contact me!
- I expect all of the new HRs to host events (specifically trainings, until we bump up activity) daily to help boost group activity. Be sure to shout ahead of time, since we currently aren't active enough to have people attending immediately.
- HRs who don't PM me that they've read this newsletter by Friday (8/29/2014) will be demoted.
3: Squads ] - Squads have been cancelled. After re-considering it, it will be far too difficult to coordinate. Instead, I will continue focusing on Red Army weapons, and then most likely the Red Army elite division (depending on how active we are when new guns are released).
4: Promotions ] - All HRs are expected to make promotions just slightly more difficult to earn, with the exception of Adjunct to Cadet. (Adjunct to Cadet is basically the initiation promotion, and should be given to all Adjuncts who attend most of the said event). Promotions will be slightly harder to earn to keep up with my expectations in terms of our overall group skill. However, this does not mean the only way to get promoted is by being amazing at RCL or at SF. As activity improves, we will start hosting more teamwork trainings, during which we (the HRs) will observe teamwork and leadership.
