A triathlon is a challenge.
The cinnamon challenge is technically a challenge, since it's tough.
The ice bucket challenge, (which I did, so I know about it) is not a challenge. You just dump cold water on your head. With some ice in it. That is it. No twist. Why is it called a challenge? |

| Pouring ice cold water makes your nerves numb for a second, and that's what they are trying to make you feel, because people with the ALS disease feel that. |
