| In my honest opinion, actors are WAAAAAAAY better and easier to use than animations, if you're working with the right people. If you're working with a group of noobs who don't know anything, then fine don't use actors. But when you know good actors (which aren't hard to find), use actors! It makes ANY scene look more smooth and real. Simple as that, i RARELY don't use actors. |

Actors can get sloppy, and most of the time you are trusting an important scene to a kid or someone who can't do a scene exactly how it is to look in your head. While an animation can be timed to do specific tasks with no degree of failure in sight. It is all automated and has no chance of failure. If you want the 'real' feel, you can have the animations use the roblox walking animations. You could also, if using a third part program, change the lighting settings to equally match roblox's.
Moral of this reply? Actors can be, and are mostly, sloppy with a chance of fail. Where as animations and coded AI have no chance of failing and aren't relying upon others to be online to finish a video. |

| I believe that yes animation can take long and it can be hard, and yes actors can mess up. It's dependent on the creator's skill set of being a good director or knowing how to properly animate. I don't think one is better than the other just simply more convenient based on the creator and what he can and is willing to do. |

It's not simple faave, I only use animation because animation shows expression. Your videos lack emotions, I said this last time in the feedback I gave you.
Your actors are perfectly still and they use default animation, it's not pleasing visually. All you do is slap voices on top and call it voice acting. But really, it's actually called voice overs. If the voices don't match your acting then it's a voice over.
There's no reason to argue animation over actors. They're both two different mediums of work and people have different skill levels of handling them.
I prefer animation because I have the skill sets required for it while you have the skills to hire proper actors.
That's all I have to say. |
