To whom it may concern within the jurisdictions of the ROBLOX employees or administrator staff; I am writing to complain of an issue. In fact, an issue so large it could even be classed as fraud on your behalf. Your actions and blatant lack of ability to completely confirm the reasons for an account termination are wrecking havoc within a community of us who play within a certain area of ROBLOX, generally referred to as "Ro-Soccer". Due to the arrival of a user who has been proven to scam Credit Card information and use it to pay for Builders Club and ROBUX, so far over 10 accounts with hundreds of pounds worth of items have been compromised. This user originally went by the name of Kutu12 or, GalaxyVaporz. Due to a recent distaste towards other users owning groups with a higher concentration than that of his own, and due to conflicts with other users, all the ROBUX and Builders Club that he has stolen (from innocent citizens of wherever they may be) and passed on to fellow users within our community, without our knowledge of the goods being stolen, is getting several innocent members of the ROBLOX community banned. Here is a list, just to name a few; Peydaa peyda coolblox108 StrikeWithTalent MercurialVaporz OptimusBlenny jbowen69 Lavachain (and around 6 alts of his) WendelZinho Itz69Selfies omerbrb. This number is rising in the hours and when us, as innocent users, have complained, we have been granted with nothing bar futile responses from lazy executives. This is a serious issue as this is becoming robbery now. ROBLOX, try tracing IPs. It's simple enough for some of us out here to do, why not do it yourself? Try checking the IP that has been submitting the complaints. You'll find it has been the same for every account. If this isn't sorted, it could even be classed as theft, and as the number rises, we may soon be in a position to sue you for the hundreds upon thousands of pounds/other currencies you have basically robbed from us, due to a laziness towards your customers. Please do not see this in the wrong light. We enjoy our time on this well made game, however this is spoiling the experience for everyone who owns Builders Club. | Support, this is an actual serious issue , not just a "Battle between NBC and BC" It's about saying where is too far, and standing up for ourselves and our account, money, and information's safety. |
