According to the rules, you either have to donate 100$ and leave it at that, or donate 10$ and do the challenge.
Doing the challenge is encouraged, which means donating 1/10th of what you would donate otherwise is encouraged.
The challenge is indirectly encouraging people to donate less to a cause that supports people that suffer from a terrible disease.

Then again, any donation is better than no donation.
The problem I have with it is that it's stupid as hell. |
