| So i bought a $25 vanilla master card so i could buy 2 $10 robux option, but being the idiot i am i didint realise the country was set to united states when i live in canada, i switched it to canada but it said i attempted to use the card to many times, checking the card it had spent $20 on the robux, but i never got the robux because it failed, i sent them an email with the credit card number date and security code, and the email used, will i get my robux or money back? |

First, wait a while, maybe after that you can use it. Since we don't know how ROBLOX is going to do, your quickest way is to call their billing department: 1-888-858-BLOX (you must be 18+ to call) not that its quicker, its more secure, since you have to tell them the CVV of the card too. |

| You didint read correctly, i already paid them $20 for robux, but because the fact that it denied me because i tried to many times it didint give me the robux. |
