ROBLOX is likely to release an Android app in a few months! ________________________________________________________________________
Every Android phone/tablet is likely to get the ROBLOX App, but not all of the phones or tablets will be able to play a place.
I am a technology expert, so I will explain the possible requirements!
Requirements for the ROBLOX App:
1. A Screen that is 3.5" or Above. 2. Android 2.3(Gingerbread)
■ A regular iPhone has a screen of 3.5 Inches, so if you own a phone that runs Gingerbread or above and has a screen the size of an iPhone or bigger the ROBLOX app will be compatible with your phone. ________________________________________________________________________
Requirements for playing a place:
Well I'm sorry if you have an outdated phone, because it doesn't meet the place requirements... (Below)
The requirements for playing a ROBLOX will be:
1. Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) or above.
■ Android 4.0 has a higher APL(Application Programming Level) level than Gingerbread and is more stable, however Gingerbread is on 50% of phones/tablets and Ice Cream Sandwich or Jelly Bean is on about 28% of phones/tablets.
2. A Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) of Mali 400 or Adreno 220 are the minimum.
Any GPU that is below these two will not be likely to play ROBLOX places, or at least will not be able to enjoy it as smoothly. (Every phone/tablet has a GPU, but different ones)
3. 512 MB (0.5 GB) of RAM or above.
■ ROBLOX needs quite some RAM to run, and any phones or tablets with less than 512 MB of RAM will not be able to play ROBLOX games.
4. 800 MHz Processor or higher.
■ Regardless of your phone/tablet being dual core or quad core, if your phone/tablet is 800 MHz or above you will be able to play places on ROBLOX, but a single core CPU may not run it very smoothly, unless you have a very powerful single core CPU like the one found on Xperia Arc S which is clocked at 1.4 GHz single core. ________________________________________________________________________
If you bought a flagship phone or tablet of 2012 such as the Samsung Galaxy S3, ASUS MeMO Pad me172v, Nexus 7, etc. it should have Android Ice Cream Sandwich or Jelly Bean, which means it will run ROBLOX!
If your planning on buying a 2013 phone or tablet such as the Samsung Galaxy S4, iPad 4, etc. you will be really happy to play ROBLOX on that Quad Core, Adreno 330 GPU, with a beautiful 440 PPI 5 Inch Screen, without any lag what-so-ever!
I wish you all luck in your life, and I myself own an ASUS MeMO Pad me172v, and I'm a young 12-year-old technician! ") <---My smiley face |

This was not needed, please don't do this again in the future. One forum is enough, even with typos.

| Will it work on th Asus Memopad Smart? It has a 1.2 GHz Tegra 3 and 1GB of RAM, so that's good, but its GPU is a ULP GeForce, so will it be compatible with that? Also, it runs Android 4.2. |

| I know this is kind of late but i have a android, and its Android Version 4.1.1 When it stands up its 3.5 #---# I don't know how to figure out how much RAM it has tho. But when i bought it, it had alot of stuff that didnt work so i deleted those, so im sure it has much room. I dont have but about 5-10 apps. Will it work? If so, why is the ROBLOX Mobile app not on the play store? |

| There is no guarantee that an official ROBLOX app is being created for ROBLOX. I am currently working on an unofficial ROBLOX for Android that will be able to run on any version of Android above 2.8. The information in this thread, not including this post, is all speculation. My app will be ready for release very soon. |

It's obviously going to be available for Android. Android has better specifications, even 2.3 devices, than the iPhone. Same with Linux version. The only thing keeping them for releasing THAT is the fact that people use W.I.N.E Hhaha,my moto G would play roblox without an issue... |

| Lie Lie Lie! I agree with the ram but the processor does not have to be 800Mhz.I got my raspberry pi A model to run Call Of Duty Ghost! It had 256mb of ram and it was running@300kHz. I was not use any other computer to run it but I did have to add another graphics card |
