item=like 600 rap in item(s)
It is possible to go to regular. It will even be the same hour you have APUSH. It will affect your GPA in that it will not raise your unweighted GPA if you do well.
what does "It will affect your GPA in that it will not raise your unweighted GPA if you do well."
if i drop AP does it mean it won't effect my GPA? Do I lose that extra .333 or whatever that AP offers
pls help!
offer on bathelm!

If you drop out of an ap class
You wont be able to get the maximum gpa you can
Lets just say it was 4.2 persay, you wont be able to get that without ap |

If you drop AP when? If its in the beginning you won't be able to get the extra .333 If its after the class is over you will keep the .333
Did I answer or did i read wrong? |

| I dropped 2 AP classes this year already. You don't loose it, because the only way that you get those .333 gpa scores is if you pass the class with an A, and pass the AP exam at the end of the year. But just by dropping the class, it doesnt hurt your GPA nor weighted GPA whatsoever. |

@iTex
Actually you have to get a C or above to get the extra
or at least that is what my school does |

@Gradiance ya if you would like to think of it that way.
Let's say you got a B in AP. It's equavalent to an A in a regular classroom. It's giving the same amount of GPA 'points' I guess you can say, to an A in a reg. class. So A in AP = A++ & B in AP = A in reg class. & so on. If you pass with a c, you do get that extra .333 but you're really getting a B 'in a regular class' so unless you get an A or B+ in AP, it's really not worth it. |
