lol
Still trying to come up with names 100% not used in current clans, that aren't just gibberish with a few more vowels.

| Primark is a shop in England so primarch would sound silly. |

The orgin of the rank comes from the Warhammer series, where a bunch of legions had a centurion or something, all headed by 14 Primarchs.(Something like that.)
Since then just about every RPG maker, including BioWare, turned the name generic, and it's probably fair to use without demanding permission.

Er, I don't mean clans, I mean like companies.
Lets say Bethesda wanted to make a Sci-Fi RPG (Never happening!), and created a fictional military, with a rank "Master Chief".
Now that would set Microsoft's and Bungee's and whoever else's alarms off, and there would be court cases all over the place, because if X developer uses a good rank name, then more will follow and it'll be generic-ified.
Anyway, that doesn't really apply to ROBLOX, so yeah.

I have and for the right reasons in a way, the word "Primarch", I found, is used in a the Warhammer 40k Novel, Film, Game, and Table Top series.
Upon creation of the Emperor's own extremely OP Space Marines, he created for each legion, an even more ridiculously OP Primarch to lead them.
In Warhammer 40k LORE It's the highest rank one can have within the Adeptus of Terra (Legions of Space Marines).
There are people who use it correctly in this term as the word, like you said, "father" and there are some who use it for their Warhammer 40k Recreated groups such as mine.
Any other clan using it do look extremely ridiculous.
Another common rank used from the Warhammer 40k Series, is "Warmaster". The Warmaster was a Primarch in service to the Emperor, but now leads the armies across the galaxy claiming or annihilating any lost species that got in their way. The most common Warmaster known in the Warhammer 40k Series, is Warmaster Horus who later fell to Chaos and waged Civil War against the God Emperor.
Kind of a tip for those thinking about using the rank Warmaster underneath the rank of Emperor. |

Ohhh, the title Primarch, is titled to Games Workshop, the most common companies are: THQ, Relic, Games Workshop, Havoc, and all the other creators of: Dawn of War, Dawn of War II, Dawn of War II Retribution, Dawn of War Chaos Rising, Dawn of War Soulstorm, and all the other Dawn of War DLCs, along with Space Hulk, Warhammer 40k Kill team, Warhammer 40k Space Marine.
So that should answer your question, not all companies use it, it's only available to those whom have been given the creative licence from the Games Workshop. |

you could always use old persian military rank names or some other country's rank names
or you could make up cool sounding words but that sounds difficult and very opinionated lol |

I also some things also contribute towards the Games Workshop creative licence, such as:
>Chaplain, when used to describe someone who can use magical abilities. Or in the Warhammer 40k language: "Can manipulate the Warp."
>Terra, when used as a planet name. Earth was renamed Terra after the Emperor came to power.
>The Bolter Series: Storm Bolter, Heavy Bolter, Boltpistol, Bolter.
>Grey Knights, when used to describe an extremely powerful army/legion
>Well any Legion name, such as: Ultramarines, Imperial Fists, Raven Guard, Salamanders
List does go on, so I thought I might list a few. |

Yeah, I took the title from the ranks in the Turian military in Mass Effect,
(Yeah, Slitherum are basically even more reptilian turians.)
Though BioWare hasn't very made the ranks for the turian military very clear.
It's basically n00b > Citizen > something > a lot of things > General > Advisor > Primarch
There's 15 of them, but only like 5 that have actually been named.

Ah.
I thought one couldn't copyright a specific term for something.
Guess I was wrong... very wrong.
So this is why Sci-Fi RPGs always have a Terra Nova, blame it on the latin language, but never have a planet named Terra other than saying aliens call Earth that, without ever really mentioning it.

"Turians are avian."
So are some snakes.
Avian actually does normally refer to bird-like, but there are some "reptiles" that belong in the Avian family.
