"We have used our gifts too freely, and it lead to war." Says Llian, Truth Teller. "Too many have died, and too many of them have been taken." Jarod, Keeper of the Dead, agrees. "No, we used just the right amount. It ushered in a new age, one that we have not seen in centuries!" Yalsean, the Judge, says. "Yalsean, we all know that when war comes again, the three kings will not be kind in destroying one another. Bask in peace now, because it will end in weeks or months." A voice pipes up, Quip, Soundbender, calls out. There are murmers throughout the room, some in agreement, others in protest.
Since Adrios took over, things have changed. The world has expanded. The game has changed. A normal god has forced a royal to flee, and captured a second royal. And Adrios himself has become the new king of the gods, a royal himself. With the changing, many spheres of power were idolized with newborn gods, and other spheres are taken back by demigods who were, in the first year of chaos, able to slay their master and achieve godhood themselves.
But by the end of the first year, things stabilized. Demigods once again obeyed godly masters. The places once known stopped morphing. Rules were set in place by the new king. Aided by Vraxx, his general and the god of War, by Legath, god of Enchantments and formerly one of Traxis's elites, and by Tol, the immortal god of the Stars, Adrios built up a new order piece by piece.
For a time, things were calm. The feudal wars that had plagued the lands under the previous royal family subsided. It was a sight to behold, as gods would fight for power even among their allies. Adrios himself achieved power by killing countless other gods and reaping their spheres of power, leading up to the banishment of Aldis and the imprisonment of Traxis, the two brothers that had fought each other for the crown.
Ten years passed. While Adrios was seen by some as a tyrant, it was general agreement that he was still better than Traxis. But one day, in a marketplace frequented by demigods, somebody stepped up. He hid his face behind a mask of red and black, wore thick grey robes even in the summer heat and spoke. There are no records of what was said, but before the speaker came, the marketplace was peaceful. By the end, there was a riot, of demigods on a rampage, out to kill any god they came across and reap the power, before being killed themselves.
The same night after the riot, a guard at the royal palace checked in at the dungeons. But nobody was there. The patrolling demigod entered, and was horrified, seeing their fellow down, unconscious. The guard rushed to sound the alarm... and was taken out, by another demigod clad in ice. The intruder killed only one, and only freed one prisoner. Traxis, the royal feared for his power, his lack of morals, and his need to kill or control everything around him. Traxis and his rescuer walked out of the palace unseen and unheard, and it was only when the guards woke was the alarm sounded.
A year later, things are in chaos. Traxis and his newly reformed Legion of the Night have invaded, slaughtering all those who will not swear loyalty to Traxis, forever. Meanwhile, the Crusaders, an army of gods and demigods following the exiled Aldis. While Adrios ordered his forces to destroy the Crusaders, he himself had to deal with the Legion of the Night. While those loyal to Adrios attacked Crusaders, many did not, and the general populace did not resist. Quite the opposite in fact, as Aldis was known for his caring, peacefulness, and desire for freedom for all beings.
Now, warfare has once again ensnared the world of Myth. And this time, of the three kings, only one shall walk away alive.
ŁΛω øƒ Ŧɦ£ ŁΛהƊ
1: Yes, you are a god, but that doesn't mean you can do everything. Control of a creature is different from being able to summon it. An enhancement to equipment is different from having magical equipment. That being said, no general being able to do everything, no metagaming.
2: Everything in your CS should revolve around your sphere of influence. You cannot have a person who loves death and suffering have the sphere of healing, nor a person who is generous, polite, and otherwise a nice person to be around have the sphere of suffering.
3: Yes, you are allowed to kill and have little wars with other gods on the same side as you. Put "Tears" in Other. Like godly feudalism. When a god dies, their sphere of influence is opened up, and the first to claim it gets all powers, property, and some of the former gods' personality.
4: I will assign factions, just to make sure that not everyone goes to one side and I have to do everything pertaining to the other side. While your sphere of influence and personality will usually make it obvious what faction you are assigned to, sometimes I will mix things up or if there is a large number of players on one side, a character normally assigned to one side may be given to the other.
5: This is essentially a free-roam, except for PvP. If PvP occurs, I will use logic and dice to determine the outcome of an action.
6. Rules may be made up as the roleplay moves on.
ṖŁΛ¢£Ş:
Myth: The world where all gods and demigods reside.
Night: The underworld, basically. A place of eternal darkness, where only gods and demigods with permission may roam unharmed.
Chaos: The level below Night. An endless pit, nothing can escape from it, not even a god.
The Quarterlands: Mostly lush green fields, and the occasional forest here and there, this is where most middle- and high-class gods and their servants reside. A beautiful place, it is filled with farms and mansions for the gods.
The Lowlands: Mostly marshs, with a dry patch of desert here and there, this is where many low-class gods and many demigods must live. A hostile area, it is nevertheless valuable because of its seemingly endless fresh water and livestock fields.
The Terrace: A mountainous region, the highest-class gods, immortal heroes, and the royal family itself reside here. Hostile in some places, but beautiful and shining white in others. The royal palace is nested in a valley surrounded by seven mountains, a pass in where an eighth mountain may have once been. Located near the northern edge of the Quarterlands.
The Emerald Sea: The largest territory, a shining blue-green sea that surrounds the Quarterlands and Lowlands.
The Slums: An urban area in a vast area of the eastern Lowlands. A good 60% of the population of Myth lives in the Slums.
The Caverns: An area below the surface, but above Night. It extends out under all the territory, and there are rumors of tunnels that suddenly drop below the Emerald Sea.
The Shrine: A temple made of grey stone, completely impervious to most magic, the Shrine radiates magic and helps focus the mind. There is an order of gods here known as the Preservers, who are dedicated to keeping the Shrine as it is, preserving the known ways of magic as well as opening up new knowledge, and generally helping anyone who comes to the Shrine for peaceful purposes. Located in a valley in the Terrace.
The Fortress: An iron giant, the Fortress is made entirely of black iron, which is completely invulnerable to most weapons. Like the Shrine, there is an order of gods here known as the Hidden, who stay out of sight of visitors. From what can be discerned, they keep and practice ways of war long forgotten to most minds. Located in one of the deserts of the Lowlands.

I thought Felix was Bob's.
But accepted, Zukra sides with Traxis because he was loyal to Traxis prior to the war, and doesn't want his old master hunting him down. That, and he wants to get his revenge on Adrios
Felix sides with Aldis, because he thinks Traxis would just use him to gain an advantage over Aldis. |

Name(No last name required, but include a title): Castelon, Lord of Lightning
Gender(Yes, you can be both, or neither): Male
Sphere of Influence(Basically, what you represent as a god): Storm/Weather
Personality(Should coincide with your sphere of Influence): Castelon is calm for a storm god, without anger issues. Being neutral, he is more of a weatherman, being hired by either side to make the conditions less favorable for the opposite side.
Appearance(Crazy as you like, be a blob of energy for all I care): With imp-like features such as a devilish grin, this is one guy you would not want to trust your cake with. He has Caucasian skin and curly black hair, wearing a dark purple toga and purple sandals. On Castelon's head rests a purple laurel with golden feathers. His most unusual feature, however, are his wings; each one with purple and yellow feathers, and a wingspan of 4 feet each. He stands at 5'6.
Bio(What happened around you over the 12-17 years of all this?): He gained himself a reputation as a valuable comrade for both armies, able to make the conditions favorable for one side, and less so for the other.
Other(Anything else?): Mythic/Mystic.

Also, to everyone who may join, it is okay to join in late. It won't affect the roleplay, nor anybody in the roleplay.
Street, weather belongs to Adrios, sorry, but Storm is okay. If you change that, accepted, and neutral.
Also, to anyone who wants a link to Tears of the Gods, perhaps to get a better idea of what this is about:

Bah! Fine, I'll take storm. But storm doesn't just mean thunderstorms, it includes blizzards, hurricanes, and tornadoes; any type of storm. SO HAH! IT MAKES NO DIFFERENCE! HAH! |

| Alright, I talked with street, and Castelon was a demi-god before the war, and since it says that demigods slayed their godly masters, he slayed Ventarakk and is now god of weather. |

Name(No last name required, but include a title): Soldatino, Hand of Battle
Gender(Yes, you can be both, or neither):
Sphere of Influence(Basically, what you represent as a god): Combat
Personality(Should coincide with your sphere of Influence): Albeit he is a god of combat, he is suprisingly not warlike. He follows a code; no killing without a reason, and he doesn't start battles without one, either.
Appearance(Crazy as you like, be a blob of energy for all I care): Soldatino is a giant black serpent with glowing red eyes that can paralyze enemies. He is 30 feet tall (remember, giant serpent) and there are designs scrawled across his scales; runic symbols that radiate power in battle.
Bio(What happened around you over the 12-17 years of all this?): idk he crushed enemies and had dinner
Other(Anything else?): Tears/Mythic/Mystic

Name(No last name required, but include a title): Brynx, Overlord of the Earth
Gender(Yes, you can be both, or neither): He is male.
Sphere of Influence(Basically, what you represent as a god): Earth (anything like rock / sand / etc.) & Minerals
Personality(Should coincide with your sphere of Influence): Brynx is very stubborn and strong. He can't be trusted most of the time but when he is to make a promise to a friend he's usually motivated. He's very slow and usually lazy but if he needs to fight, he'll do his best.
Appearance(Crazy as you like, be a blob of energy for all I care): Brynx is capable of shapeshifting; however this only applies as long as he is made of minerals, or the earth. Most of the time, he tends to take the appearance of a large golem made out of dark brown boulders. This form is usually 11 feet tall. His arms are extremely long, as long as his legs, and they usually drag behind him. His back is covered in tons and tons of small stalagmite-type spikes, this includes the back of his legs, arms, and head. His eyes are made out of large rubies and his mouth is a glowing opening within his face, which glows a bright gold.
Bio(What happened around you over the 12-17 years of all this?): Brynx rarely comes out of his... shell, of sorts. He stays hidden deep within the core of Myth and only comes out when he is needed. Seeing as so much chaos has been going on, he will soon make his reappearance.
Other(Anything else?): Tears or whatever the hell that was that you said to put in Other. I read the rules don't worry.

Name: Om'raya, the Cursed One
Gender: Whichever it wishes.
Sphere of Influence: Irregularity and Insanity

DON'T FREAKING JUDGE ME, I CAN ACT HOWEVER I WANT, I'M A GOD FOR PETE'S SAKE.
Appearance: Om'raya appears as a black-haired gentleman in a black business suit. He also wears a clown mask over his face that changes with his mood.

Sphere of Influence(Basically, what you represent as a god): Heat, Vehemence, Intensity, Flames
