| Instead of wasting billions of dollars on a border patrol that isn't going to work anyway, why don't we use that money to go to the root of the problem in Mexico and fix it so people want to stay in their own country? Isn't America the country that always wants to interfere with other countries' foreign affairs anyway? |

@Cheesey We may be trillions in debt, but in reality, Mexico's probably more screwed than we are. |

| And you think continuing to waste billions of dollars on border patrol (which has NEVER worked by the way) isn't the exact same thing? |

| But we can arm Mexico's national police/troops so they can take care of narco-terrorism so we don't have to worry about illegals coming in as either safe haven or to spread more violence? |

| Funny you mention that, because 9 major US cities post a higher murder rate than Mexico. |

Speaking of narcotics This reminds me of when Americans were blaming Colombia and other South American countries for bringing large concentrations of drugs into the country
1. Who's buying the drugs? 2. Where's the root of the problem here, really? |

The illegal Mexicans work harder than anyone else anyway and they don't bother anyone
So I don't really care if they get in or not If I ever notice one, I definitely won't say anything |

No. SOME do, but some come because they can live off of welfare.
"So I don't really care if they get in or not"
So you don't care if degenerates enter the country? You know some of them are bad criminals? Some on welfare? Some can't even speak English and therefore won't be able to contribute properly? |

The unemployment rate is high enough as it is, we don't need illegals taking American jobs.
Everything you said is almost treason. |

Ithe, as a person living in an area with an incredibly high unemployment rate, your statement is not true at all lol.
Jobs aren't being stolen by immigrants; people don't actively look for jobs and they just work the system to live off entitlements. |

the biggest problem in the US is the incarceration rate for pot arrests
42% of all drug arrests were for pot charges
you can serve up to 20 years (PLUS A $1,000,000 FINE) for cultivating LESS THAN 100kg!!!! |

| @Mb1, I do agree with that to some extent. There are plenty of lazy people. At the same time, there are some honest Americans who have their jobs outsourced to China because the companies can pay employees less there, and are now jobless. |
