| It's SafeChat, when there was a SafeChat chat menu that's what it made the player chat when it chose an option from the menu. |

| It's been a command for years, in fact a few years ago there was a glitch that made your client crash instantly if you said "/sc/sc". That got fixed. |

| It's been there for at least 6 years, I'm pretty sure. The chat menu had numerical indices and /sc level1 level2 would chat the corresponding menu chat. You could make guests talk by changing the push /sc to push (custom string) and make it not append the indices. |
