| I don't think so. A screengui is inside the playergui, which is insde the player. SurfaceGUIs are in the workspace. |

Then act like it's a part. Put a script inside it that says...
function onClicked(playerClicked) if blah blah blah then blah blah blah end |

| Put the SurfaceGui in the StarterGui, and set it's adornee to the part you want it to be on. |
