| I thought it was a good game. Everybody always ends up saying how horrible it is. They did introduce stealth. In other Assassins Creed such as Revelations trying to kill guards on rooftops without getting discovered was really hard. First who had to make sure you didn't run up to him or jump next to him because apparently the guards have super hearing in Ac revelations. Now in AC3 there was way more opportunities to air assassinate guards (Of course that would only be effective when they were alone). And the guards are most of the time in groups of two. Pull a guy of the ledge jump up and stab the other guy and your done. The optional objectives were way easier and made more sense. For example in AC Revelations there was stuff like try to not get take damage by the 5 groups of guards that are chasing you. And in AC3 there was easier optional objectives like make sure your ally doesn't lose 50% percent of his health. For those of you who complain that being Haytham was stupid and boring ubisoft did say that's what you guys asked for. AC Revelations is a good game and so is AC3. But still most people like to keep on arguing about how Connor has no emotion. I can give you 3 examples. When Achilles died you could see how sad Connor was (If your asking why didn't he cry, Connor has seen much death so it really doesn't effect him). When his mom died he showed great sadness that really did impact his behavior in the future. He also showed great anger when he learned George Washington was sending men to wipeout his Native American tribe. Assassins Creed 3 did also introduce new weapons such as the tomahawk and the rope dart. (If any of you are wondering I have played every Assassins Creed including Revelations...) |

| @Star AC3 Is easier kind of.... When you look at it the climbing is more accurate and as I said there is more stealth. And your health regenerates so you don't need no armor. And now you don't have to waste money on doctors every time you accidently fall. And as I said before the optional objectives can be way easier. |

@gator
he just said that the game being easier doesn't make it better
not to mention AC3 definitely did not 'introduce stealth' in a stealth series |

| Well easier games can be better. I bet most of you like AC4 isn't that game easy? I mean I went through the optional objectives rly fast |

| You have to think creatively in the older games for stealth. |

Assassins creed 1 was alot harder, and that's what made it good. It actually took quite alot of skill to get away, espeiclly after an assassination. You couldn't just kill all the gaurds, and that was it. "I just slaughted 12 soilders in the street, and they've suddanly stopped looking for me now" |

@Star
Yeah, I remember the fights could take like 10 minutes to do as more and more guards piled in. You also couldn't chain kills after getting a counter. |

I think it was the best one, it had a more interesting story than the others, it had a better cast, both in past and present, and Connor is my favourite of the assassins.
IMO |

| @Star the guards don't stop looking for you. You get notoriety depending on how many guards you killed. And the guards patrols increase by each level. Its really hard to stay alive by the max level because you can't avoid the guards because they have constant one man patrols up in down ally ways. |

Plus, you could only use counter after you'd progressed through the game. And if you ran into one of the Templar Knights, i recall you being unable to counter them. Plus, archers were actually a real threat, and not just "I'll pull out my pistol and shoot him off his rooftop"

| @Star combat in AC3 took more getting used to for me. Some guards such at the grenadiers you could only counter kill. guards such at the Highlanders (Brutes) you could only attack them for a little bit for they eventually grab your hand and head bash you. And captains you couldn't counter kill you had to break their defense and try to hope other guards don't try to attack you while your attacking the captains. And your pistols have a short range. And like I said before most groups of guards are in two so while your reloading your going to get shot unless you can find cover on a rooftop.... |

| @Ferel well when you compare the stealth of AC3 and Revelations no walking up behind a guard isn't help that's just for impatient people who live by YOLO. In ac3 I wait for the guard to come to me which is so much easier. |

No No no no no no That games wasn't harder, it was just flawed It was repetive and with that, boring. Fights sometimes made no sense and you sometimes, you are detected without even doing anything that should trigger them. I literally was unable to finish a job because I had to kill 3 people and go back, but everytime i got detected when I did nothing. In the end, there were so many dead guys laying around that I couldn't even get near there. |

@Linze
it made sense to get detected when not blending,
the assassins were well known that time.
