| Good idea, just don't have any criminal convictions or you'll be allowed into the country, even DUI's are a 10 year ban from Canada |

Move to India for inner peace, and chakra powers.

@Pyro
Just sayin, the people in Canada are the nicest in the world but Canada's laws to keep those people safe are some of the strictest in the world.
Bringing in meats/plants from another country without declaring is a 1300 fine. |

Canada is a good choice. There's free health care, and it is very nice here right now.

@small
it depends on where he lives, if he wants to live in crowded Toronto then its not that expensive but if he wants to go west to where the oceans are clean and the mountains are beautiful then living somewhere like Vancouver you'd need a 80'000+ annual pay to live in a half ass apartment |

@kjr
I live in Edmonton, I visited Vancouver last spring and the transit system blew my mind.
In Edmonton the LRT is ran by an operator, but in Vancouver the sky train is all computer operated so I was like "WTF wheres the operator?!!?" |

I live in Calgary, wonderful place, low taxes, too many jobs (literally) and the house market is... meh.
We have some good university's too. Let me know if you need some more info.
