probably the wrong place to ask this but whatever i wanna look muscular buy not too muscular if u get what i mean like i dont wanna have gigantic arms or anything but i wanna look rly cut/toned i guess? how do and how long will it take o-o ik some of u actually lift and stuff so help pls |

jog or walk, you'll get more out of walking. lift yoga (optional, but helps) situps/push ups/pull ups/planks/ etc swim lean meats veggies water |

go to the gym, and just lift some weights every other day, you'll have to push yourself and you should be sore after almost every work out
you'll want to start small, maybe a dumbell 20 pounds each, do 15 reps each arm, then move onto bench press
just make sure you're not putting too much stress on only one part of your upper body
it should take around a month before you start getting some definition

Light Weight as many reps as you can until failure.
Swim every day for 40 minutes. |

thanks guys :) right now im just skinny haha ill take all of these things into consideration + i started skateboarding again so that should help i think one thing i really should work on is my diet because i undereat lol
uh, also a weird question does "the devil's lettuce" have any impact on physical fitness? like its not something i do 24/7 but still |

it won't affect you unless you smoke copious amounts of lettuce.
i smoke too and i look fine. |

Yeah, it effects your cardiovascular fitness so your first 2 weeks of swimming might suck if you're pushing yourself like you should be.
If you want to build any kind of muscle tone you should be eating plenty of protein and at least 500 calories over your required intake in order to build mass.
That 500 calories should preferably be protein. |

| if you want to be lean just make sure you're eating right and do a moderate amount of exercise(4-5 times a week). cardio is probably what you'll want to do more of, but don't leave out lifting altogether. |

Eh,
jog 2-4 kilometers a day
do dynamic weight's for about 15 minutes
Do about 10-20 reps of 100lb's on bench press. |
