Hey guys it's pwnda again.
Some of you may of saw yesterday that I made a quick 2 minute rushed threat on defensive training. I'm guessing it kinda worked because we did a defensive training 15 mins after I posted.
Well, you guys did stuff whilst I was sleeping in the good old UK and I've had a few ideas since I've woken up.
We need to tone on our defensive, and offensive tactics. I've had some ideas regarding training as well, and things that will help UAF's structure as a whole.
Ways we can tone our defensive tactics: - Practice at Sapphire II: This one is pretty simple. We simply get Sapphire II and turn it into a training simulator. We can get a lobby as normal, and arrange training sessions, which could involve a flood (loads of raiders, little UAF), a re-capture (start the game with raiders owning the terminal) and stuff like that. We can discuss techniques and tactics during raids as well, but with more depth and better technology at our disposal. - Work on glitches: Okay, this is a bit controversial. I know some of you don't like to glitch, but this is the clan world, everyone does it. We need to set up obbies especially for sword glitching and obbies especially for sky walking so people can actually learn how to do it, which will give us the advantage in raiding and in some cases defending.
Ways we can tone our offensive tactics: - We can use Sapphire II as well if we want. We need some raiders for the simulator obviously, so it can help raiders try out new ideas. - We can find some old fort like Kopervich or something and turn that into a simulator. Again, we can have different situations where there are loads of defenders and we have to counter against it.
Please bare in mind that this isn't all we should do. We should still have our occasional deathmatch and FFA so people can tone up their actual combat skills. But I think the raid storms we have are pretty inefficient and are pretty messy, so the new simulators should help make it better.
Now in terms of groups structure, it seems you only get promoted for skill and not anything else (when you're at a training that is). There are many great leaders in our ranks, who have not got it physically, but have it mentally. Glocktech made a fantastic thread introducing the idea of AP which would greatly benefit our structure. Of course, we can still have promotions through skill as well.
If you have any ideas you would like to add please post below, as I will not lock the thread this time.

Also, "practicing" with guns doesn't help anybody to improve, really.
They need to be taught how to use it before using it. |

@Allocated,
I believe the limit is 7, so you're got for 6 re-equips. |

@Allo, Glock
The limit is 5, 6 has a tendency of sometimes working. Be aware it can kill sometimes too. "Forgive me Sasuke, there won't be a next time." |

I agree completely.
Training are extremely un-productive. They're just repetitive TDM's and obby's.
"Urban Fridays" are more productive.

"Tone" our offensive tactics is an understatement.
Raids are chaos, absolute chaos. Any plan laid out by the HRs are barely acknowledged and everyone just lone-guns it.
