works pretty well imo, just picked it up last week and i'm enjoying the results
the only thing i don't like is the hold isn't that firm and it is very oily for a paste |

| I might end up getting that. I use the AXE Smooth & Sophisticated Look Shine Pomade Sleek. |

"get something more expensive than Axe."
i have wanted to but i am testing the waters with the different kinds of products
so far i've gone through their gels, putty, now i'm seeing what paste is like, just trying to decide on what each look is like
i already know pomade is a big no, but there's still other stuff out there that i haven't tried like wax |

| Okay, I worded that wrong. Instead of getting axe gel for like 8 bucks, this random ass product does the same thing except the random ass product costs like 2 bucks. |

| There is nothing really wrong with Axe. I just use Axe because I used it before when I used to do different hair styles. |

I use gel and hairspray or hair wax depending on the day I feel like.
Gel and hairspray is a cheap brand BC it looks good no matter what way I do it, gives the wet look.
Wax you need a good brand so it doesn't look like you hair is entirely filled with grease.
Also hair wax smells like death, just a warning. |

i have a 20oz bottle of crew light hold gel so i'm covered in that department
i liked the axe putty because it had a very good hold but it didn't look too clumpy
i haven't tried any hairsprays yet though |

Axe is just gross to me
Crew light is okay
Only use hairspray with gel, it'll give you the wet look but not the messy look. |
