Is it possible for me to achieve 60 FPS on those games?

Yeah, I think so. Not maxxed out, but I think you'd get over 60 on medium for sure. I have a Radeon 7850 and a AMD FX-6300. The 7850 is the equivalent of the R9 265, so your gpu would be a step up and should run the game better than my pc. I run Battlefield 4 on medium.
Here's a fps benchmark of my pc running Battlefield 4 Operation Locker Conquest mode. Frames, Time (ms), Min, Max, Avg 29673, 304922, 73, 128, 97.313 |

| That is on medium settings. You would think I could run it on high settings with those results, but I start getting some bad framerate drops sometimes during explosions or when being shot at if I have the settings on high. It stays completely smooth on medium, so I keep it on that setting. |

Like over 60 FPS? Because I've seen some videos with the MSI R9 270 card, the one I picked out and bought, and they got 48-60 FPS on BF4 on Ultra at 1080p! Is that possible for me?

The human eye can't notice FPS over 60. So it really wouldn't matter if you have over 60.
