In the output it says : CFrame is not a valid member of Model Its A problem near line 7 im guessing |

Part1 is supposed to be a part, not a CFrame, and you are setting it to a CFrame value
A CFrame value of a model, models don't have CFrame |

Line 7 should be:
weld.Part1.Rotation = player.Character.Rotation
