So I was messing with the ROBLOX studio settings, and I just found a way to upper my performance (at least for me).
Simple, go to studio and click on your settings, if you don't know where that's at, click file first, it's a blue button. Then, click on 'Physics' and you'll see 'PhysicsEnvironmentalThrottle'. Disable that. After you've finished doing that, exit out of studio and play a game and see if it worked.

| It's very hard for me to explain it what it does, maybe someone will do a better job than that. But, I do know that it should stop bricks from blowing up and/or moving in slow motion. |

| It always tells you, do not change preferences in specific tabs unless you know what you're doing. |

Anyways.
Ever since I disabled it, I was able to play games with high graphic settings without dropping frames. |
