One of the best anime's I've ever watched.
i suggest is heavily.
haters gonna hate.
tags of the show:
comedy romance supernatural slice of life high school
it sersly needs a 2nd season more than AoT and SAO would ever. |

| It doesn't need a season 2. Nearly everything was resolved. |

| Well Love Ru went past season one and guess what happen to Haruna? Yeah, she disappeared as the wife of the writer took her copy-right after the divorce. |

| I just heard it down the grape-vine, and "Disappear" is a strong word, she just became "Less important to the plot." |

@3dwolf
"It doesn't need a season 2. Nearly everything was resolved."
it was supposed to have a second season, as the light novels are very popular and in the ending of episode 17 it shows the two new club members walking by, which heavily implies a set up for a second season. but there's absolutely no chance of a second season after the prank incident the studio pulled
and no, not everything was resolved. heartseed's motivations, what's up with the other heartseeds, the two new characters, etc... aren't reached. more importantly, the anime doesn't reach the arc where the MC solves his problem (if you didn't notice, every character has an arc devoted to solving their problem except the main character)
the last 6 novels are really cool too. a guy with the ability to make other people perceive him as anybody else shows up and starts screwing with the club. one of the phenomena causes the club members to go against each other (taichi and yui vs. aoki and inaba, while iori tries to bring everybody back together). and i think the last phenomenon causes them to slowly lose their memories of each other
"When did Haruna disappear?"
the author designed Haruna after his wife. he caught his wife cheating on him and divorced her. she owns rights to the character because of likeness or something. he has to pay his ex-wife whenever haruna shows up. so he makes haruna show up as little as possible. she still shows up though |

but i'd say the anime is just alright
a very large portion of the series is inner thought and monologue. it establishes the characters, their relationships, their views and ideals, and their feelings. while this is important in all series and novels ever, those things are what Kokoro Connect is almost entirely about, with the supernatural stuff being the catalyst for it all. an anime adaptation can't portray inner thought nearly as freely and vastly as a novel.
the novels are very good, the anime is alright

@3dwolf
the manga is only scanlated partially through the first arc and the raws are only up to the third arc
only the first 4 volumes of the light novel are translated (the four arcs that are covered by the anime)
you aren't going to be reading anything |

Some parts of Kokoro Connect made me feel like I was watching teenagers roleplay. The scene where Inaba's mom calls her as she's in the club made me cringe a bit.
"I just heard it down the grape-vine, and "Disappear" is a strong word, she just became "Less important to the plot."
Every girl at some point becomes less important because the mangaka tries to spread the love around, which is why even secondary characters end up getting their own chapters. |

| The anime did not do a good job establishing anything for half the harem girls, and, essentially Harauna and Lala were the main "Focus" for the force of the Harem. |

| There were three seasons, so there was plenty of space to give each girl at least one or two episodes. Haruna and Lala were never going to remain the main focus as far as female characters went since it's such a large harem. |

Yeah, that's why most of the harem was largely ignored in the first season... (Maybe two other members besides Lala or Harauna got an episode) And another problem is how quickly they picked up the Harem. It felt quantity or quality. |

A good portion of the harem wasn't even present in the first season. The ones that were weren't supposed to be fleshed out that much because they were originally perceived as background characters. |

| Darkness is probably the best intricacy and plot wise while the other two hold the entertainment aspect. |
