my back curve curves inward too much at the bottom. when i lay down that part isn't even touching the ground, now i'm feeling so much pain
any idea how I can help this? |

lay flat on the floor for a little bit and keep your back straight it will feel better but it's short term.
I'd suggest getting a memory foam mattress, my back used to do that and hurt all the time until I got one and now it hasn't bothered me in a few months |
