kk First off you need to bulk up by eating a lot of calories. So tell your parents or just pick up some potatoes, meat, protein bars or whatever and just be eating all that stuff throughout the day to gain weight.
And on top of that don't do as much cardio cause it's gonna burn those calories and fat but you need those to get bigger while youre lifting.
Now when youre lifting you don't want to do a lot reps for each set. You want to get some real quick, harsh lifting till you feel a good burning. find a nice way so that youre sore the day after but after that youre ready to lift again real hard and quick.
after after u got a pretty solid weight and size you gotta cut down on the calories and basically just tone yourself up so you turn that body fat into muscle without gaining weight. You'll be smaller but you'll look bigger cause of you got more muscles and they'll pop out more. |
