Intel Core 2 Quad Q9500 Quad Core 2.83 GHz CPU 4 GB of 1066 MHz ram 250 GB 7200 rpm Hard-drive GTX 460 1 GB video Card
could i get better for $210? what games can i play on it with playable settings, games that are modern and require a little bit.
how will these particular games run: bf3 arma 3 dayz standalone bioshock infinite gta 4 wolfenstei: no sniper elite v2/v3 arma 2 metro last light
i'll probably upgrade the ram, how do i do so and why is all the ram priced different even if they are the same amount (4 gb, 8 gb etc) |

arma 3 was shot in the dark
sniper elite 3 i would have just torrented and played maybe twice
gta 4 i was just going to mod with my friend who won't leave me alone about it, tbh no intentions to ever actually play the game since i couldn't even finish it on my 360 |

| Get a better HDD. You can get a 1 TB for 60 bucks. Don't go cheap. |

@wat
Your CPU...
Nah.
Get a Pentium Anaversery edition then water cool it with a single rad and them overclock it, and it'll perform about the same if not better then a 4770K because games generally use two cores, and if you overclock on your own, you're set...
It's Intel's new processor and first unlocked Pentium processor too.
Trust me, most of the Pentiums will overclock like a beast. |

@Dans Did you just imply that he get a pentium anniversary and watercool it woah woah woah hold up add in the Z97 Anniversary boards. 70+80+70 = 220.
A hyper 212 will bring that thing to 4.6 as is, with no heat issues a h100 runs at 45c with the pentium dont give bad advise please.
This setup is fine.... for a junker made for like... 720ish gaming. or 900p gaming |

@Poni
You do relize that ASUS has a new board for under $90, right? It can support Pentium.
And I didn't say get a H100i, I said a single rad.
Wat, I do suggest it. |

| Watch some Carey Holzman videos on youtube if you want to see how to install parts into a pc. He has a ton of well done videos and over 20 years of experience. |
