Sure, I could make a blanket CSS file, but it probably wouldnt look to good.

Its executed AFTER everything on the page is loaded.
The the more bandwith you have, the faster itll be executed.
I should change it to execute in the same way skins are loaded.
Instead of executing at the end, the skin script is executed immediately, and then waits for a head object to load.
Could do the same, except with the body object.
