It feels more like an action comedy than a deeply atmospheric game. I mean, resistance members are making jokes left and right (I'm looking at you, Barney). Dr. Kleiner is a character archetype used very commonly in comedies. Half-Life 1 felt more atmospheric. in Half-Life 2, Valve tried to be funny and that messed up the atmosphere a bit. |

I don't know During the takeover and dystopia of EARTH, i think that we might need a LITTLE comic relief.

I finished every storyline in the hl1, from each pov. I SMP every time I saw ANYTHING. But it was so good, I had that feeling you get after watching a movie, or finishing a deep book. Priceless. |
