I don't think Ext has the capability to do anything.

At least I know how to train a clan, put one slowly together, and not clan hop around.
Somewhat.
Perhaps not good enough.
But somewhat.

I remember being in JC in point of John's reign.
> TS3 very active, very nice and fun members > Many people that come to trainings and defences > HR's were fun too
(Not an over-exaggeration, JC was amazing at that time.)
I rejoined a few months ago during Ext's to go relive those fun times.
> TS3 Dead, no one was there. > Few defenders on average > Circa 12 newbies came to trainings.
Just being honest. The old JC was so cool. |

I never hopped around in clans I led.
No, I did what everyone does with hype trains, except I followed an incompetent leader hoping to try to gain support to build my own clan.
If you want my full train, it goes: { } indicates a train.
2009: UFW (Or was TIA/VAK here too?) 2010: First Encounter Assault Recon, UFW, TIA, The Vaktovian Coalition, S K I N 2011: First Encounter Assault Recon, {S K I N, BST, FN}, DTE 2012: DTE, The Vaktovian Empire 2013: {DAR, TEL}, {DAR (Under my leadership again), Maximi Imperium}, The Vaktovian Empire, {The Sovereign Dominion, The Steel Gladium} ((NOT IN ORDER)) 2014: The Grand Imperium, The Vaktovian Empire, {Arenirian Sovereignty, Sleet Clan}, {Frigid, Moratus, The Sovereign Dominion, The Valiant Reign}, The Maximi Imperium ---> Tenebrosity (Changed the name), Sleet Clan
As you can see, I have hopped somewhat throughout the years with clans I do not own, but I remain loyal to each and every one, except with the Inqusitions train, where I was only loyal to Frigid and TSD, not Moratus or TVR.
I have only left a clan that you've never heard of after the clan has died. I don't hop often and I don't like hopping that much. A hard and confusing transition.
Though when I am forced to hop, I try to find a good place to settle in without the down-time of a lack of war, as well as an active community.
Before 2013, I never really went for powerclans and sticked around too long in minor clans, and I was active in FEAR far too long.
I only lead one clan a year, except in 2013 where the corrupted High Ranks pushed the group too far and I had to restart anew after all of the High Command left to join the previous leader, assuming that I would be bad, even though we on average, gained nearly twice as many members at my trainings.
Either way, TMI was a success, although an addiction to Skyrim killed it. The high ranks were incompetent without me guiding them, and I couldn't find anyone to replace them, although I did have a few excellent officers such as MrJoeRoblox and Neomaxtarian.
I do not consider myself ever leading Sicca Insurrections, as I had set that up for sgdhtII, not myself, to be leader.
The clans I consider myself leading are:
DTE, DAR, TMI, and then Tenebrosity (Which is really just TMI with a new name).
I find the DTE to be overall the worst clan, but at the same time, a golden age of my own leadership.
I formed many, strong alliances which remain to this day with TMI, although most have broken off.
I formed a solid leadership train that was more... viscous than other trains like the Pragmatic train.
I had a solid High Command, although their skill was terrible by today's standards.
Though, it also tried too hard to be a VAK clone when it could never be, and that was my fault.
Too much like a bad, failed V O I D/ VAK clone.
Either way, with every year, I learn from my mistakes and push on through innovating and offering new things.
I don't hop a lot at all, actually. Perhaps my entire experience put together looks that way, though. But these were long, hard years.
