A constellation, a group of stars that seem to develop a imaginary shape in the skies. Named after something from people and animals to just objects. ____________________________________
Orion, The Fallen Constellation: A constellation, isn't just a group of stars. And in this book, they mean more than that. Humans are currently unaware of what is beyond the galaxies and the stars. But what if I told you these constellations weren't just stars.
Each star that goes to a certain constellation holds part of that constellations essence. If it were to be damaged or cracked, it's possible essence could leak and cause issues with that specific constellation. But these constellations aren't stars, they are human lifeforms.
There was once 88 constellations, with now only 16 remaining. Orion being one of them. Each constellation has a goal which is to defend earth from the beyond galaxies and constellations, there is much more to this that I cannot explain. Nor' can I explain the reason they defend the Milky Way galaxy. But they have a reason, and their creators built them for this reason.
ORIONS FALLING: Orion made a choice that went against some laws of all the constellations. Therefore the leading constellation known as Scorpius. Humans made their own stories about their past but they knew their own. So, Scorpius went to Orion seeking a answer to his betrayal. The answer wasn't given, and they had a battle which in the end Scorpius was victorious. Therefore Orion fell from space, and all his essence stars with him. Shattered across earth, with one of his stars being his human form. _____________________ENDING_____________________________ My name is Orion if you didn't know, and this book seemed interesting to make in my head. In this book we don't know what happens to Orion when he falls to earth until I actually publish the book. There are hundreds of things that might have happened. One being memory loss, fractured his bones, broke a few bones, died on impact. And so much more.

Science fiction that goes completely against modern science? Isn't that like having a romance story that goes completely against the rules of human love?

I mean, SERIOUSLY? Constellations are human beings? What kind of setup is that!?
It's like saying that North America is actually an ant! It makes NO SENSE!

I am aware of the mythology about constellations, but writing this book is like trying to make a movie adaptation of Dante's Paradiso: You have to update it to fit in with the modern understanding of our universe, otherwise it makes no sense!
This isn't like evolution or the existence of a deity which is still a serious debate, it's confirmed as a reality beyond any doubt!

Your book's entire premise.
Actually, even in the realm of mythology, there are mistakes:
Not all the constellations are humans. Some are animals, half-breeds, mythical beasts, and gods.
Also, If we are following Greek mythology, what about the planets as gods? You know, Hermes (Mercury), Aphrodite (Venus), Ares (Mars), Zeus (Jupiter), and Kronos (Saturn)?

I understand that not all constellations are human. There are 88, 14 consisting of humans. Which is exactly why, I said 16 remained. The other two are animals. But you don't know yet what their usage is.
The planets representing gods is a myth that humans got incorrect.

It' a story, wha'd you expect?
It's the same as in real life, some things that human believe are real as to some not being real.
It's pretty logical using common sense. |

@Master
Mate, anyone with a milligram of common sense knows that the constellations are stars, not sentient beings.

But even fiction needs to have SOME basis in logic and common sense!
Unless you are going for something absolutely bonkers like Alice in Wonderland or FLCL, which you are clearly not. |

Doesn't sound bonkers at all.
I can explain this all in 10 sentences without detail. |

Just because you can explain it, doesn't mean it can't be illogical. Let me demonstrate:
I was almost dead. The demonic sun was falling to Earth, but then the most powerful gun in the world appeared next to me. I didn't find any bullets, but the gun was powered by friendship, so I took it out and shot the sun to pieces, causing gummy candy to spill out of it's every wound, and for peace to be restored to the ninth dimension and Sixth Earth. |

| To me, your story doesn't make much more sense. I mean, think about it this way: How can random shapes people found made up of stars hundreds of light years large possibly be sentient beings? It's like a connect-the-dots structure coming to life if the dots were hundreds of miles apart. |
