Within this document we shall be going through the guidelines which must be followed at all AU trainings. Anyone found breaking these set guidelines will be punished harshly.

[[Introduction]]
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

In an effort to keep your training experience as enjoyable as possible, this guideline will explain the rules of training to both trainees and trainers.

[[Notes]]
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

-Breaking any rules will end with a punishment, this WILL be monitored.

-There may only be a maximum number of three trainers per TRAINING - Main host, co- host, and lobby duty. The Emperor and General + are not included in the three trainers.
●Remember, it is NOT required that you have a co-host. You may solo host if you wish. It's up to you!

-The Head of Discipline is allowed to be on the Trainers team during discipline trainings ONLY. That means the name must include the following name-tag: [Discipline Training] yourname.

-All stated guidelines are expected to be enforced by all ranks. A failure to abide by these guidelines is a failure in one’s leadership and duties to the army. If you are seen not enforcing these and not working by them, consequences will follow through.

-All other admins/high ranks MUST participate in the training, otherwise, they will be required to leave. Non-hosts are not permitted to use admin, unless permission is granted by the main host, or the admin is used to kick guests/exploiters.

-Trainings are the main priority of a Mid-Rank. Mid-Rank's are also eligible to host raids, but restrict yourself on who you wish to raid, and ask an Captain+ for permission.

-Trainings are named “trainings” for a reason. They are for TRAINING. If your training doesn’t teach anyone anything, what is the point in having it?

-All trainings must TEACH the trainees. Simply telling them to fight one another or 'complete this obby' is not teaching, just directing. Teach them about how to do something easier or be better at something, whether it be mouselock, interpolation, changing a camera angle, tactics, etc.

-Official and Unofficial Trainings are subject to random inspection, on the main account or an alternative account of the Head or Co-Head's of Training. This WILL happen often.

-If you don't know how do get to the RCL training say :place all 98385872 and if you want to leave say :place all 98840062 (Before going do RCL write down the points do a notepad) PS: 1 MVP is 1 Point in the holo.

[[General Rules]]
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

Rules are applied at the trainer's discretion, but these are common rules:

-No talking unless asked or told otherwise.

-Line up in the lobby when you die, and do not team chat.

-Any form of put downs, flaming, hating, trolling, or refusing to follow orders will result in an immediate kick.

-If you are planning to include games such as “Sharks” or “Infection”, in your training, it must be the last activity before promotions. That way more serious things, such as fighting skills are more focused on.

-High Ranks that are on the AU team DO NOT get special treatment, they are to follow the rules like everyone else.

[[Rules Specifically for HRs]]
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

-Server-lock is only to be used when a server is full, or for division tryout.

-The main host is completely in command of the server. Anyone who joins, no matter if they are a higher rank, must obey orders from the main host, or they will be required to leave.
●If the main host breaks any of the rules, the Brigadier General reserves the right to take over.

-Inserting unnecessary scripts, gears, and hats is not allowed.

-Only Sergeant First Class + are allowed to do lobby duty. If they're selected to be LD, you are NOT to give them admin. Simply, name them "Talk=Kill", god them, and give them a sword. (They are subjected to report any constant-rule breakers to you.)

-Do not talk about random things and LOL with other HRs during training. You are setting an example for LRs, this goes for LRs too.

-After the training, you're REQUIRED to use the :place command to teleport all members to the HQ for a patrol.

-It is recommended that all MR/HRs plan out their trainings BEFORE it begins. That way, there is no delay, and a higher quality training will be presented.

[[Events]]
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

After shouting and joining a server, rather than spending 10 minutes waiting for more people, you should start smaller activities to pass the time. A suggestion would be a quick run-through of an obby.

Events to be included in any given, non-specialized training, each and every training must contain at LEAST, but not limited to, 4 of the following activities:

● Initial time-passing activity to wait for more members to arrive.
● Obstacle course run-through
● Teamwork training
● Grammar testing
● Sword fighting lessons/mouse-lock lesson. This does not need to be lengthy.
● Any tips you have for combat with guns.
● Sword fighting/Gun fighting tournament.
● An additional activity that you have thought up. *It MUST be approved by the Head of Trainings.
● RCL

[[Custom Events]]
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

The only approved custom activities at the release of this forum are:
-Gladiators
-Infection
-Sharks
-Juggernaut

[[Dress Code]]
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

All AU members are required to wear their uniform to AU trainings/events so we can easily recognize you as a AU member.

If you refuse to wear your uniform, you will be kicked, unless you can’t afford it.

●If you are a MR and refuse to wear your uniform, and you can afford it, you will be demoted.

●You may not wear a division uniform if you're not in that specific division.

●You may NOT wear t-shirts that cover up the majority of your uniform, sashes are allowed.

[[Disciplinary Line]]
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

Disciplinary action is perceived differently by most. It is NEVER to be used for personal reasons, and should be done with caution, and any “admin abuse” case will now be reviewed very seriously by the Head of Trainings, Head of Discipline, and the General(s).

What is admin abuse?
Any form of an administrative command, acted upon by an administrator, that is not constructive to the training, or does not specifically help a training or event. Any command used as a toy or to exploit its properties, and not a specific, instructional tool, will be considered abusive. Even using :m or :h to conduct an on-going conversation from one player to another will be considered as non-constructional, and unnecessary behavior on an admin’s part.

If a player joins, who is not in AU, or is not in AU uniform, you ask them to put the uniform on and ensure that they are in AU. Failure to comply will result in a kick. -- Note, this is a polite question. You do not yell at anyone who joins, and who hasn't had time to put uniform on - a lot of the new non-BC users don’t have enough money to buy uniforms, due to the new price floors.

A ban is only to be issued with repeated offences, for exploiters, or for known “trolls”. You do not ban someone for one single offence. For a single offense, you talk to the person and warn them, or if it is a serious offence, you kick them. If they then continuously rejoin and cease to act out of line, then you have permission to ban them.

If another admin in your training is abusing their power or continuously disobeying justified training orders, then you may remove them from the server. Refer to our definition of admin abuse. You may use the command :s game.Players.PLAYERNAMEHERE:remove() -- this is to kick them. If they come back, write :s while true do game.Players.PLAYERNAMEHERE.remove() end
*In addition to kicking them, report the HR to the Head of Trainings with proof of his/her's behavior.*

[[Conclusion]]
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

If you have any questions regarding this guideline or Aurum Unity, feel free to PM myself or any other Brigadier General+.
