cuz like i feel fat and today i ate too much ice cream i probably got more calories from just ice cream than i do from other food on a normal day like i think i had 1350 cal just from ice cream normally i only eat about 1000 cal a day so now im obese |

how much do you weigh to begin with? if you do cardio and exercises you can lose weight and get in shape nicely
i mean assuming youre female blogilates is a nice channel to watch for that stuff |

the only time i actually noticed i lost weight was when i starved myself exercise never works
my brother eats like over twice as much as the average human should and he eats processed crap he stays at home all day on his computer doing shiz not even joking he hasnt left the house since the end of school (like 3 days ago now) whereas i walk the dog for at least an hour a day and do an extra hour minimum of exercise and eat healthy food and fresh fruit and veg most of the time plus i only eat when someone gives me food yet hes like a foot taller than me but we probably weigh around the same why???????????? why???????????? |

OP you don't breaking the second law of thermodynamics and nor does he
energy doesn't just randomly disappear and energy doesn't appear from nowhere
it's either you overestimate his eating or you underestimate yours |

you really shouldnt starve yourself... everyones different! you could try running and then walking when you get tired and just build up from there, and exercising like working muscles and stuff is just to tone places like your legs, stomach, arms, butt... ummm... etc, you know? im not an expert its just what i know |

Are you delusional?
Even with the best beginner program, 1g protein/lb of bodyweight, 500kcal surplus, a beginner could only put on roughly 50lbs on their deadlift which is peanuts and maybe 20lbs on their bench if they're lucky |

no dsi seriously im like the fussiest eater ever i hate eating i went one day without any food just drinking water my parents think i have a ED (i probably do now) so they always try to feed me my mum buys me fruit and salad and that would be all i eat in a day my brother eats waaay too much fried food, fast food, processed meat, fatty foods, etc.. ive not seen him eat fruit or veg in ages and our metabolisms are both the same apparently |

I would just recommend gradually getting into a more healthy lifestyle where you keep the weight off
but you OP sound like you want fast results
