"IF U DONT ACCEPT I DECLARE AUWTOWEN!!"
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAH You do realize...
It is a game...
Right? I apologize if a clan does not want to war your clan because of your weird base. I apologize that your clan is way too insignificant compared to the clan you are warring that there is no point. I apologize if the clan is an indev clan. I apologize if the clan is under reforms, or just came out of reforms. I apologize that a clan does not like your war terms. I apologize if a clan does not feel ready for a war, and they will war you later. I apologize if the clan's base is still in BETA. I even apologize if your clan is much more stronger than the other clan to a point in which you can't have a serious war. I am truly sorry that you can not have everything your way, really I am!
"IF SOME PEOPLE COME TO UR BASE U HAF TO PROTECT IT11"
What if your clan is too inactive to defend bases? What if none of the clan's members are online? What if the raiders have filled the terminal and they can't enter? What if there is an exploiter with hidden name on the raider team? You MUST defend it?
Really? I did not know that?
Oh and before you say "well then that clan is bad11". Why on earth are you picking on bad clans? Don't you want and actual fight? But seriously, Join The Collision |

Clan wars are meant to be enjoyable for both sides instead of a complete massacre.

It is not a war xD
It is more like an online virtual competition between two virtual factions.

Yes, a forfeit, a loss? No!
If you were invited to some chess game and you do not come, do you lose? No, there was nothing to lose in the first place.

if you are playing in a chess tournament you may not simply refuse to fight your opponent |

You lost the point, I said you were invited, but you never accepted the invite.
Yes, if you join a chess tournament then you need to face the competitors, like in a war you need to raid.

honestly the war declaration is there for a reason,
so both sides can gratify that they accepted the war.
People have a right to decline 'war declarations' |

So with your logic, I declared war on VAK with my one member group, VAK doesn't accept so I declare autowin.
An official war can only take place if both sides accept it,
Otherwise its one side raiding another and the other side free to do all of its powers due to there being no official war |

exactly what awesome said
so vak would automatically have to accept or they would lose?
that's the logic the "Its a declaration, not a proposal." people are using |

>Enemy declines war request >You declare autowin for them refusing to war >Enemy declares autowin for autowinning
Whole point to go to war is to gain activity in your clan and to make it have fun...If you are just going to war to put people on your defeats list, you're gonna have alot of 'autowins' |

You are only refuting one of my many points, but doing so, you get tangles in another one. As I said before, it wont be fun if a clan is being massacred. Also, the members of the clan will start leaving or not going to events. DECREASING ACTIVITY.

Try to keep up buddy, I already talked about how we should not really call these wars, but more of virtual competitions.

LETS TAKE FALQ'S LOGIC FURTHER
SINCE WAR IS LIKE REAL LIFE WAR
Then why do you agree to rules before starting a war? Why do you have rules at forts? Why do you kick people for flaming?

if you see "we're declaring war on you"
well sucks
you need to fight |

Anarchy, as I said, it is not really a legit war. It is more of a virtual competition.

If someone doesn't want to accept a war, they don't need too.
Because then both sides will be claiming autowins in the first place. |
