| As everyone knows, ROBLOX has two main types of clothing; shirts: which cover the torso and arms, and pants: which cover the torso layer under the shirt and legs. I think that ROBLOX should create two new types of clothing; gloves, and shoes. A lot of pants already have shoes on them, but then those shoes are stuck to THAT piece of clothing and you don’t have the choice of which shoe you want to wear. The way this would work for shoes is the shoe layer would be above the pants layer and the glove layer would be above the shirt layer. To implement these types of clothing would require a different template than shirts and pants. I believe by implementing this feature, ROBLOX clothing artists will make more profit because they would have the opportunity to create more types of clothing and buyers wouldn’t think twice on a pair of pants (or shirt) just because the shoes they have. |

I never thought twice based on shoes and gloves...
No Support.
Honestly, no offense, this strikes me as an "OD" update. We all know ROBLOX has tons of those, so let's not add. Since ODers are the ones usually trying to have the closest-to-real-life outfits, this strikes me as that. |

| Like they said, don't judge a book by its cover. So don't judge some dude by his clothes and call him an OD'er. OD'ing is an action, not a look sir. |

We really don't need gloves, in fact, I think you, OP, has been the first time I've EVER seen a person who wants a glove feature in the clothing system.
But shoes are okay.

| I don't understand why you think this is OD. Shoes and gloves don't have to be "realistic", as well as ROBLOX doesn't have to be unreal and a fantasy (not referring to those "Kingdom Life" RPGs). |

@Bob
Obviously. And, I find that statement incorrect. If I wanted to judge a book by its cover, I can. For instance, a book with Thomas the Train as its cover can be easily presumed to be about Thomas the Train and can easily lead to distaste of it.
@Fry,
I know it's just the weird feeling I get that this would be more to the use of ODing, I don't know why. It also just doesn't go with the feel of ROBLOX. |

@BilltheTeddyBear
I think more people would support this feature than oppose it. And also ROBLOX doesn't really have a feel. Well, I suppose it does, since I consider people dressing "ROBLOX styled" and realistically. I don't think it would change the feel of ROBLOX since it would be a feature suitable for most people, and adaptable for those who may not like it. |

Perhaps it's my simple 2009 brain (I played ROBLOX since 2009) that just says "no no!" because as the more detailed clothing came, so did more ODing and people of the sorts, I suppose I'm more of the imaginative minded person than the person that would like all thigns realistic.
Anyway, just my opinion. I'm sure you'll get lots of support. |

I don't mean to chastise you, but do you consider people who create according to realism uncreative or unimaginative? There can be many realistic things out there on ROBLOX that can be wonderful ideas. But I do understand what you mean. I don't play those "Town of Robloxia" games. I simply find them boring and too much what real life is. |

@Fry
I see what you're thinking. Those things are creative / imaginative, but... I don't know how to describe it. Like, in the box thinking? Only following the rules of which was set? Imaginative things, in my opinion, are out of the box and are things where ANYTHING could happen. With no rule to be bound by.
"In the box thinking" made it sound more severe than it is, it's just like that, to me, at least. |
