Hello, fellow members of the United Clan of ROBLOX!
This thread has been written just to give you a quick and simple understanding of the changes to the Officer rank that has occured, as well as an understanding of the new rank, Field Officer, and how you can achieve that rank.
Generally, at all times, there will be 50% of the Officers in '[MR] Off-duty Officer' and the other 50% of Officers in the rank of '[MR] On-duty Officer'. Every week, on Friday, at 00:00, every member of each of these ranks will switch places, so if you were an '[MR] Off-duty Officer', next Friday at 00:00, you would become an '[MR] On-duty Officer' until next Friday, and this is a continuous cycle.
So, what's the difference between "on-duty" Officers and "off-duty" Officers!? The difference is that the "on-duty" Officers can hold events, and the "off-duty" Officers cannot hold events! However, if you are one of the top three most active Officers in your "on-duty" term, you will stay as an "On-duty" Officer after the Officer cycle at 00:00 on Friday for another week, as well as be awarded an 'Officer of the Week' award!
So what are these "Officer of the Week" awards? If you manage to earn four of these awards, you will be promoted to the rank of '[H1] Field Officer'! What's so special about this? Well, other than the fact that it shows you've been one of the most active participants in UCR activity, it also means that you are now a permanent Officer, and also means you are now considered a High Rank of UCR!
Activity will be monitored by Seanybiy using the audit log.
I tried to keep this as a very simple and straightforward explanation of the new Officer system! I hope it helped!
Any questions please send them to SeanyBiy.

If you're extremely inactive you'll never advance any further, and ultimately once we know you're being extremely inactive you're probably going to be made a Prime.

This gives me motivation to host trainings! I really like this system. But, what if someone who does not deserve H1 gets all of the awards?

@Chum, with all of the competition this system will create, it will be practically impossible for an inactive Officer to advance to H1; I mean that, it won't be possible. You advance by being active, for at least 4 weeks combined :P, it does not have to be a continuous 4 weeks though.
