Firstly, I greet you my fellow comrades and thank you for taking the time to read this. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ This Codex is divided in specific areas that cover specific themes and such. The order is this: 1] AI apparel regulations 2] AI event regulations 3] AI off-duty and on-duty regulations 4] AI basic, all-time regulations 5] HCiT checklist of needs to succeed the rank 6] HC all-time regulations 7] Closing notes ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ First section; AI Apparel Regulations: a. In any event you come to, no matter what, you *MUST* have either the full uniform on or wear a t-shirt with the logo on it. b. The uniform is to be worn without any package *BUT* the ROBLOXian 2.0 package; the 2.0 package is the only one allowed to be worn. c. In AI, not all hats are allowed. In this section, you will be supplied a list of hat types that are allowed. List of hat types allowed: Black, blonde and brown hair. (No other colors besides these) Swordpacks. Antlers. Fedoras. Non-childish glasses. "Shades" or sunglasses. Non-childish masks. Helmets. Military caps. Eggs. (Ask a Prime+ for other hats that could be approved.) d. No such other type of head but the normal head are allowed. e. While you are in the uniform, you are on-duty, meaning, you follow all the regulations whilst you have it on. f. No type of t-shirt is allowed to be on the uniform whilst you have it on. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Second section; AI event regulations: a. *IMMEDIATELY* after you join *ANY* event, you remain quiet until you are allowed to speak or say "PTS" if it is important. b. As it says in our description in the lowest part, "Skill. Discipline. Respect. Loyalty.". You must be disciplined in the event in which you are and you *MUST* respect your comrades and *MUST* respect the enemy (during raids) without doubt. c. In events such as raids, Team Chat is to be used *ONLY*. Prime+ can speak with the enemy leaders with what the rest of the AI want to communicate. You *MUST NOT* let the enemy know what we plan or what we are talking about, it is all kept secret from them. d. In events such as raids, you are *NOT* to spam AA or spam anything of the sort. You simply communicate your complaint to a Prime+ and he deals with it. e. (I put this because I feel I must) When an HC says "Silence", you *LET GO* of your keyboard, simple. (Not to stop fighting if that is the case, although. You continue fighting but without chatting anything.) f. If a visitor enters the server, you say "Sir/Ma'am, a visitor came." or, if the HC said "Silence", "PTS" then "Sir/Ma'am, a visitor came." and the HC deals with it. g. If you find that a comrade is breaking a rule, you warn him that he is and correct him. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Third section; AI off-duty and on-duty regulations: This section will be divided on what regulations you *MUST* follow during the time you are on-duty and during the time you are off-duty. [Off-duty] a. Firstly, if you are in uniform, like I had said before, you are on-duty. You abide by all of the regulations while still having the uniform on. b. While you are off-duty, you always follow the grammatical regulation, maturity regulation and disciplinary regulation, there is no exception to that. You must represent the Imperium in a good way, which is, with discipline, maturity and grammar. c. While off-duty, you can use faces and such. d. While off-duty, you are still to abide to the no all-caps regulation as it is one of the most important. [On-duty] a. You are basically to abide to *ALL* of the regulations in this Codex and not miss one. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Fourth section; AI basic, all-time regulations: In this section you will see the basic regulations that *ALL* AI members should learn and abide to. a. You are to call members through the ranks Prime-Praetor "Sir" and if female, "Ma'am". You are to call the Emperor "Sire". b. The use all all-caps wording is *NOT* allowed. Example: "STOP PUSHING ME!", that is not allowed; you must say: "Stop pushing me!". c. You are to take your comrades as if they were family, give them all the respect you must and can give. d. You are to recruit anytime you can in your off-duty free-time. e. You are to keep the group wall on the topics of: ROBLOX, AI, Clans, Social activity, Holidays and QOTD's. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Fifth section; HCiT checklist of needs to succeed the rank: Firstly, you must have past leadership experience and must send-in an application to a Commissar+ (No, Primes do not do tests). Secondly, you must wait until that Commissar+ approves of it and you begin your testing. You will be tested for the following things: 1] Ability of hosting events 2] Ability to maintain order in events 3] Ability to keep the trainees entertained and to make them feel like they are learning. 4] Knowledge of the Codex. 5] Knowledge of AI History. 6] The approval of the rest of the AI. 7] Seriousness with the rank. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Sixth section; HC all-time regulations: (This is towards Prime+ only, you don't have to read this if you aren't a Prime+ yet.) a. An HC must abide by all of the regulations at all times. b. An HC must constantly check-up on AI and keep it stable. c. The limit for events hosted per day is 5, less than that will be questioned. d. It doesn't matter if you are an HC, for example, if you are a Prime, you still take orders from Commissars+ and so on. e. If a lower-ranking makes a group place, you may go view it and officialize it if you want. f. You must give the good example to the lower-rankings, you use grammar at all times and be mature at all times. (You may ask the Emperor for other rules.) ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Seventh section; Closing notes: It took me 4 hours to write this completely so I hope everyone is as grateful as to read it and learn it. Thank you.
