i've been looking it up for a while now and everything says something's wrong with some joint in my jaw and it starts to get very painful later on

try opening your jaw fully, if it still hurts, do it 2 or 1 time a day, that usually helps

ok so it went on for like an hour but i tried to move jaw as little as possible so i'm not sure exactly when it stopped
but now i'm afraid to move my jaw |

i have tourretes, and one of my symptoms is that i have to stretch out my jaw extremely wide to crack it alot
its extremely annoying and sometimes painful
i know how you feel |

i did
a lot of people who were asking about it or answering said that when it happened to them they kept stretching their jaw and moving it around to see if they could "pop" whatever they thought was crackling, and ended up dislocating their jaw |

it's one of the most common orthopedic issues
the thing is it started out of nowhere and seems to have gone away after an hour or two. that's not how it works |
