| I think what he means that the finnish language is VERY extremely different than others in scandinavia because the finnish language doesn't beling in the germanic language groups and not even the indo-european language groups. |

| Not as their primary language, and it's currently only because decades ago swedes made up about 15% of the finnish population, which is now decraesed to somewhere 6% and their planning to remove swedish as their second official language. |
