"yeah but that makes you get more muscle muscle is bad it makes you look fatter"
you are past delusional
you are unsalvageable
girls naturally produce estrogen as opposed to testosterone
it is rare for girls to produce barely any testosterone
and you need testosterone to build muscle
testosterone is the guy stuff that gives them big bulgy muscles
THIS IS AN >>OLYMPIC<< LEVEL LIFTER
and how much MUSCLE does she have?
/66Vkdsv
not much, on top of that she's p. good looking and dat behind |

It's called simply yoga. You can choose 20, 40, or 60 minute workouts, and there's a woman who demonstrates the poses and tells you how to do them as you're doing them. |

I'm jealous. I'm a female, but my muscles ended up being both strong /and/ buff like a guy's. I really wish I could be as strong as I am without being a monster... |

that's called sacroplasmic hypertrophy
if you want to be >strong< but small
do 2 or 3 reps of an exercise and go heavy
you'll built lots of strength but it won't built bulky useless muscle |

I-it's more because I have hormone problems than anything. I'm, uh, a herm... extra parts still pump out testosterone... |

Uh, no. I have the /other/ guy part, but it's not external. It's really odd and I'd rather not discuss it, frankly. |

oh yeah
well
either way if you stick to the 2/3 rep range you won't put on much strength
and if you want to get rid of muscle, eat at a caloric deficit and take out protein out of your diet because your body will resort to your muscles and break them down in a need for protein |

I do a lot of lighter reps, rather than a few heavier ones. I usually try to do ~15 sets a day, at least. I do it on-and-off while at home--one of the advantages of having a weight bench all to myself.
Also, while I would like to be less bulky, I wouldn't give my muscles up for the world. I love them. |

lol light reps encourage sarcoplasmic hypertrophy
if you want to be weak but big keep doing what you're doing
if you want to be strong but have less muscle (myofibrillar) do low reps high weight
/n9AbsST
high reps, lower weight, lotsa sets = sarcoplasmic
low reps (1, 2, 3), high weight, and around 4 sets = myofibrillar |
